The experience was pleasant and quick. It took 2 days for them to tailor and wash the dress I had bought online. I was highly anticipating this dress for a wedding I had coming up the next day and didn't expect any issues considering this place was so highly rated. But unfortunately when I got home and tore open the clear wrap off the hanger, a terrible stench hit me. My brand new and CLEAN dress smelled like body odor. I emphasize clean because it was noticeably washed and steamed too. I felt very confused and disappointed as to how this could be. And before I could even think to call about it, they had closed and now it's too late because the wedding event is tomorrow.... Don't think I'll be coming back.

The price was surprisingly fair and they did a great job. Clean work except for a few pieces of thread that could have been cut but I can do that myself. Service was fast and done in 3 days! I was greeted as soon as I walked in and received great customer service. The cleaners is located on the corner of rosecrans and crenshaw next to Louisana Fried Chicken. Since they only have a regular sewing machine he advised that I go to the alteration place around the corner to get my bridesmaid dress hemmed but he could restitch my skirt and dress. I appreciated that he encouraged me to go elsewhere rather than just taking my money to not do a good job. If you need a fancy piece altered, I'd go elsewhere! They offered to dry clean my clothes after they altered them so I had them clean my dress. Very quick turn around time! They were able to alter my 2 pieces and dry clean my dress by the date he said it would be done (only 5 days - Sat till Wed). They didn't call me to confirm they were done so just show up on the day they say it will be done. To get 2 pieces altered and 1 piece dry cleaned the total cost was only $29.99. Very cheap and worth it! The only disappointment was the stitch color that he used is different than the color of my dress so you can see it a little. You really have to look closely to notice so I'm happy with the work done.

Terrible service as I didn't receive a phone call or app alert or the opportunity to take it elsewhere days ago . I DO NOT recommend this place at all . I had a jumpsuit for my Christmas outing that didn't fit at all, and I asked her if she could turn the back into a corset style. Not only did she say yes--she executed it flawlessly. I have been a loyal customer of this laundromat for many years and have always appreciated the…read moreclean, modern, technologically advanced facility and the quality of the neighborhood it serves. Unfortunately, there is now a serious concern that I believe needs the direct attention of the owner. There has been ongoing loitering in the parking lot and along the side of the building, and I have personally brought this issue to management's attention on several occasions. At this point, it is disappointing to see that the problem continues. Paying customers should not have to repeatedly encounter individuals congregating around the property or feel uncomfortable walking to and from their vehicles. This is especially concerning when customers are carrying laundry, purses, personal belongings, or visiting during less busy hours. This facility has always presented itself as a sophisticated, well-maintained laundromat, and the environment surrounding the building should reflect that same standard. Owner involvement is clearly needed. If management has been made aware of the situation multiple times and the problem continues, then stronger and more consistent action should be taken to protect the comfort and overall experience of loyal customers. I have supported this business for years, which is exactly why I am speaking up. I would hate to see an otherwise excellent establishment lose longtime customers because a preventable issue is being allowed to continue. I sincerely hope the owner sees this review and takes meaningful action. Respectfully Danielle N.
