I live in Hawthorne and have been coming to this dry cleaners for about 3 years. They have made alterations on all kinds of garments for my family from fancy pleated gaucho pants, three piece suits, formal dresses; the alterations are always superb and much more fairly priced than tailors in the area. Two minutes ago I picked up a white three-piece suit that my husband owns for various 1920s themed costume parties/venues. Two YEARS ago, he spilled soy sauce all over the sleeves and the front of the jacket and then forgot to ever have it cleaned. He had to wear it again last weekend and managed to get braised lamb on it. I brought it to Royal cleaners showed them all the spots, apologized and just requested that they do their "best". They provide excellent service here, clothes are always ready to pick up on time or earlier than the date on the receipt. My faux suede dress is​ dry cleaned perfectly. I do the ​regular wash for my Boyfriends dress shirt, they press it, it looks just like it was dry cleaned! I pick this cleaner particularly for the location, it is close to the grocery store and easy to get out on the street. The parking can get hectic on a busy weekend but I sometimes see people park right in front of the store, since they are running in and out. The owners provide great service and are very nice. I know of this place is because of my mom, and I am glad I continue to go here. The last dry cleaners I went to, they lost my dress pants. But here, they kept onto my Jeans from one year ago!! Wow! If I can give 0 stars I would, I brought brand new pants I bought from Zara, they needed to shortened, and two silk blouses from BEBE. Well .. make sure you take their word for "NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS AFTER"...30 days, my fault for not going back in 30 days it's been no more than a month 1/2 but I received no phone call ( they ask for your number) and I go pick it up and it's gone. BTW keep your invoice in hand because "they need it "..(when they have all your info there). Very shady. I got jacked it seems. read more

Weird encounter today here. Came in at 11am. Asked if my party dress could be dry cleaned by Thur morning. I was trying no. Straight out. Didn't give me reason why. At first, I thought I miss understood. I asked again and sure enough lady at the counter told me the same thing. I believe she is the owner. Not customer service friendly here. I've been a loyal and regular customer here for close to 10 years. They always greet me with a smile and they understand when I'm in a hurry to get to work or home to the family. They truly care about their product and have a strong desire for their customers to be happy with their service. For example, I one time laid a shirt down on my car seat instead of hanging it up and the owner saw this and ran outside to help me hang it up as he knew that would keep the quality intact (and the wrinkles out).
