Because I'd rather her be honest and explain why (which she did), than to get a repair done and the same thing just happen again. I went in to get a blazer altered (the arms are always too long for me!), and Kathy did an amazing job, making both me AND the blazer look like a million bucks. I've brought in a beautiful silk bridesmaids dress that was completely trashed, a white reformation dress stained with tanning lotion, and my wedding dress & shoes that got incredibly dirty at the end of the night. Cathy cleaned everything so thoroughly and handed it back looking spotless and brand new. She is so sweet and thoughtful as well-- the bustle on my wedding dress broke and she offered to fix it for free and it now looks perfect. Jet cleaners is very reasonably priced as well. LOVE this dry cleaning. I've tried a few places, but always had issues with the creases in my pants not being right or them flattening metal fasteners, THEN I came across Jet Cleaners. I've been coming here regularly for a few months and they have done a great job on my airline uniforms. Out of laziness I was going to try Flair Cleaners which is like 2 seconds closer to my house, but they wanted to charge $30 for an elegant gown, so I laughed at them, took the dress back and went to Jet Cleaners. Brought some simple garments of clothing here last week...They did a fantastic job, my button downs were perfectly pressed. They got a stain out of my silk shirt, which I was really concerned about. This is the best dry cleaner I have been to in the South Bay. They have a quick turn around and do an excellent job and charge reasonable rate. I dropped of a coat and two sweaters, and they shaved the cashmere and cleaned everything beautifully. They will also mend rips and tears in your garments. After my beach wedding I got my wedding dress dry cleaned at another local dry cleaner and when i picked it up it looked the same, they told me they could not make it any whiter, i was devastated. Would you like your clothes wrinkled, extremely worn, and have a permanent stain? Look no further. I had to make an account here to give these people a review. Please don't make the mistake I did. I have never encountered a dry cleaners this bad. They took one of my favorite jackets in almost new condition look like it has been worn 100 times. They must have had the dryer on extreme heat. No wonder they call themselves "jet" cleaners. The worst part is they left me with a bleach like stain I cannot get out. AVOID this place at all costs. The funniest thing is the lady told me the longer I wait the better "quality" I would get. I love this place! The owners ( a husband and wife team) are so sweet! It's actually a pleasure to get my dry cleaning done here. They are a 100 percent organic dry cleaner which means they are free of all the chemicals and toxins that are so bad for you. Organic dry cleaner machines are so much more expensive than the regular, chemically used machines. HOWEVER, their prices are cheaper than everyone around including their "green" competitors. They truly care about the consumer and don't believe we need to pay for a healthy alternative. I really love what they stand for and the quality they provide. read more

Jet is great! I've been using them for two years now, and not only are my clothes well-pressed and spotless, but they have even been able to get out a couple of more serious older stains as well. I recently purchased a vintage dress, circa 1950's. It was a little dull and had stains (but was still such a beautiful dress!). I was referred to Jet by the Antique store owner. Cathy was great! The dress is now brighter, and the stains are gone! The dress had many tiny pleats, which were ironed perfectly. In addition I brought a sweater to be dry cleaned, and pants to be hemmed.
