The plus: Nice attendants (Justin and a lady). Courteous and friendly; Speed Queen machines (albeit some are older but clean regardless); pricing is fair (can't believe how much some newer laundromats charge for a load - I'm looking at you Coast Laundry); usually not crowded when I go and people keep to themselves; eating options nearby (7/11 and CBTL); their change machines work well! Thanks for being there while we renovated for a month! Cons: numerous out of service machines, not much seating or carts or folding tables or detergent options outside of the basics. Hasn't been an issue for me personally as I don't loiter or even wait around but may matter for some people who need to chill there during loads or who happen to forget an item at home. My family ran a laundry like this for decades so I'm very comfortable with this environment. Others may need to set expectations on the clientele (people who don't have their own machines whether permanently or temporarily) and the shared space aspect where people literally come to air dirty laundry lol. read more

First of all, I would like to praise whoever named this laundromat. This person has a real sense of humor, haha! The Coolest Laundromat Ever!! New owner Justin took over what was an old and dumpy laundromat and it is now spotless. I like the old fashioned rotary top loading washers and he has got those Speed Queens revved up! Oh and did I mention the prices are great ($2.00 for the washers and 10 minutes for .25 on well running dryers). The young attendant came out to the Parking Lot to see if I could use help with bringing in my large load! I am a Senior Citizen and you know what sometimes I do so that was really appreciated. Found this gem of a laundromat while traveling out of state. Happy with prices: $2.00 for single load/10lb washer, $2.25 for double/18lb and $4.25 for quad/mega washer. Dryers worked well: $.25 /10 minutes of selected dry/heat level. Currently COVID19 hours 6am-8pm, have been here a few times and there are always open washers. Change machine available but no atm on site(might be one next door at 7/11) read more

The dryers are usually out of order not 1 or 2 of them like 4 of them at a time. The worker durning the day she is nice always happy to help and the workers in the evening are okay. the owner seem to be really rude to some people he does not talk or smile to some people .He acts like hes better than his customers . They are not kidding about great customer service- I just needed to pop in to run a few wash loads (no dry needed) and they were so helpful. They closed early for New Year's Eve but then extended their hours simply because customers were coming in. Totally unnecessary (they have lives too!) but what a great gesture. Straightforward coin op machines; top loafers with rather large capacity for only $2. I was able to get 4 loads done in 30 minutes (30 minute wash! Yeah!!) with my roll of quarters, and of course there is a change machine if you don't have enough coins. Had a bit of a debacle at another place when I discovered their machines only took a preloaded card, and you couldn't use coins to get the card. Plus, these machines were bigger. My washing machine is on the fritz, so I will be back. I will likely even be back once it's working again, for large loads and multiples. read more

I usually don't use a laundromat unless I have carpets or comforters to do. Well, I finally had a few carpets so I headed over to The Missing Sock. Nice attendant gave me dollars for my dimes, which I turned into quarters. Then when I went to grab the laundry from my truck- a brand new big glass drink jug fell out as I opened the hatch- Aarrghhh!@#+^%^£€#... --- because I barely made it in before the cutoff time for putting wash in the machine. The attendant came out and ACTUALLY CLEANED UP THE BROKEN GLASS ALL OVER THE LOT BEHIND MY TRUCK!. What?!! Who goes out of their way to help these days?...um, NO ONE. (Some guy / customer also helped me figure out the machine- cause I only do this about 1x a year‍). She was awesomeness all around. So very nice and of course I would have happily done it myself but what a bonus to have her rush to do it. So, my point in telling all this is that I would definitely come back again. The place is clean and obviously the attendant was off the charts wonderful. Thanks to staff..I know I sound a little high maintenance but I'm sure she would have helped anyone who needed it.
