This is the first laundromat that I've been to where I felt like my clothes were clean. This place was impeccably clean to the point where they have disinfectant wipes, hand, sanitizer and tissues on every table for you to use. There are two kiosk for paying one for washers the other for dryers. With an abundance of parking snack choices and assortment of laundry essentials. Last but not least I I'm not certain, but I believe they clean the washers after every use with some type of solution. You'll be doing yourself a disservice if you go anyplace else. read more

My laundry machine broke, and this laundromat was close and had good reviews I came in after work with 3 bags of laundry. I didnt have singles for the change machine and the man working there said no problem and gave me change from behind the window. I asked a lot of questions about the washer sizes because I havent been to a laundromat in years. He was patient and funny and answered everything, super helpful. This owner is a controlling jerk!! First off when walking in you are given suggestions on how to get the most of your money by the owners suggestion is not the case. You are being told from that point forward how much laundry soap is to be used, where to place it and how much fabric softener you are allowed to use!! The owner also sits in his little room watching his tv in which he is watching every step that you make from his several security cameras placed!! When he sees something that he doesn't like, he storms out of his room to confront you!! When confronting the owner he then turns his back and walks away cussing about you! I rarely use a laundromat, but when my child brings home a dirty sleeping bag from camp, my washer isn't up to the job. This place is great! Super clean. Amazing husband and wife team - he recommended which washer would work for the sleeping bag and didn't try to upsell me since I only had the one bag. Love that Fatto a Mano (amazing pasta!) and my boys barbershop is in the same complex, but Heather, Richard and the kids are the best part of this laundromat. Richard was so patient explaining things to me more than once. He offered to help me manage carrying all the baskets (I had a boot on for an injury). I went to this laundromat for the very first time today and I was overwhelmed by all the help that I received from Richard the owner. He was busy doing fluff and fold in the back and I asked him some questions about how to use the machines. Not only did he show me how to use them but he helped me carry a lot of blankets and quilts that were weighing me down. I'm an older woman and need to use a cane occasionally and he did everything from giving me his own quarters when the change machine was broken and advising me how long the various items that I had washed would take to dry. He actually put all the coins into the machines for me. I was absolutely flabbergasted because I've never received that kind of help anywhere and certainly not a laundromat. Admittedly I haven't been inside a public laundromat in several years. The last time I was that place was filthy and didn't allow customers to use the restroom. If you're washing clothes for several hours that can become a problem. Not only was a restroom available to me but it was absolutely clean. It was a far cry from my last laundromat experience because this place was clean from top to bottom. Apart from having a place to buy various items you might need to do the laundry they had a vending machine and plenty of seating. Richard was beyond helpful and I'm very grateful that he made my first experience there an easy and comfortable one. If you want great customer service with somebody who actually is around to supervise what goes on, which is not common in the laundromats I've been to in the past, take your clothes to Heather and Daughter. I went in because my dryer broke. I had to lug 2 big bags in, already frustrated and tired. As I started to load a dryer, I was told I couldn't use it unless I washed the clothes there. I had used that laundromat many times with the old owners and had a great experience. Sad to see the new owners come in. Went up to Barbara's Coin Laundry up the street. Wow!! This was my first visit under the new ownership and I was amazed by the positive changes! The laundromat was bright, clean and inviting. The machines were ALL in working order (big change from former management). There are ample large machines for blankets and quilts. There is a working change machine AND a person on premise to make change, help with machines, etc. This is HUGE, as it prevents loitering. This is a very well-run family business. I came here because I wanted to wash all of my bedding sheets in one time. I was expecting it to be a quite stressful time because I had to bring my toddler boy with me but it became a very safe, warm and peaceful time thanks to the manager Richard. He kindly showed me around the place so I could see various types of washers and taught me how to use those. He even offered me a bottle of water which helped me a lot because I only brought stuff for my son and forgot to bring anything for myself. Honestly, I haven't been treated this nice as a customer at any other restaurants or stores for a long time. My family and I kept going to a place where the owners were cold and frivolous. The water dispensed for the washing machines smelled too. We drove a little further west on Torrance Blvd. and found the is laundry place. It's well lit, CLEAN!, and no dirty water smell. The staff is helpful and will make sure you have everything you need.
