My local laundromat - nice spot. Have left multiple items there and they always remember me and return them to me, even a week later. Thanks, guys! read more

Super clean machines and a well-kept interior made for a great experience.  I used a medium load washer for $5.75, which took about 35 minutes. Payment was easy with Apple Pay through AirWallet. Laundry supplies available for purchase but most customers brought their own. The owner was very kind and helpful, answering my questions and clearly takes great pride in creating a welcoming, clean, and safe environment. The quiet residential neighborhood nearby made it easy to enjoy a walk while waiting for my laundry to finish. Highly recommend if you're in need of laundry service! read more

The worst laundromat i have ever been to. All of their change machines didn't work and the girl that worked there was very rude.

Came in last Tuesday to do my laundry and had a horrible experience. I will not be back. They are sneaky, have hidden prices and there is an extreme lack of transparency. Horrible customer service With so many laundromats in the area, do not go here. You have other options. read more

picked up a large amount of laundry...excellent communication. came back folded and sorted...everyone was super nice!

This is the first laundromat that I've been to where I felt like my clothes were clean. This place was impeccably clean to the point where they have disinfectant wipes, hand, sanitizer and tissues on every table for you to use. There are two kiosk for paying one for washers the other for dryers. With an abundance of parking snack choices and assortment of laundry essentials. Last but not least I I'm not certain, but I believe they clean the washers after every use with some type of solution. You'll be doing yourself a disservice if you go anyplace else. read more

Heather & Daughter Laundry is one of the cleanest, most professionally run laundromats I've visited. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere feels safe and welcoming. Even the bathrooms were spotless--cleaned twice while I was there, which says a lot about their standards. Great location, easy in and out, everything works and the pricing is reasonable. read more

Wow! Impressed doesn't even begin to describe my experience at Heather & Daughter. My at home laundry unit is under repair & I was in search of Fluff & Fold services. After reading positive reviews of H & D, I decided to take a chance. I am super picky about how I wash my clothes, the kind of detergent I use, and how I dry them. I have strong sensitivity to fragrance. The thought of letting go of that control, and handing my laundry over to somebody else, caused me deep anxiety! Richard, the owner & his wife Heather are amazing. They put their heart and soul into this business. He listens to your needs & follows instructions carefully. All of my worries faded when I picked up my order & unpacked it. My clothes were perfectly clean, wrinkle free & no irritating scent. Heather & Daughter offer a wide variety of laundry services, have a ton of coin operated machines with extremely reasonable. My order was ready in a timely manner. The convenience and quality far exceeded my expectations! For all your laundering needs, try Heather & Daughter. You won't be disappointed. read more

Clean and comfortable laundromat. I have interacted with two employees, and both of them were great.

My laundry machine broke, and this laundromat was close and had good reviews I came in after work with 3 bags of laundry. I didnt have singles for the change machine and the man working there said no problem and gave me change from behind the window. I asked a lot of questions about the washer sizes because I havent been to a laundromat in years. He was patient and funny and answered everything, super helpful. He also told me how long the loads would take for each machine I used. It went very quickly, fast machines! The place is clean and well maintained. I give the staff an A+! I rarely use a laundromat, but when my child brings home a dirty sleeping bag from camp, my washer isn't up to the job. This place is great! Super clean. Amazing husband and wife team - he recommended which washer would work for the sleeping bag and didn't try to upsell me since I only had the one bag. Love that Fatto a Mano (amazing pasta!) and my boys barbershop is in the same complex, but Heather, Richard and the kids are the best part of this laundromat. Coins, kindness and cute kids- can't beat that at any other location. read more

This owner is a controlling jerk!! First off when walking in you are given suggestions on how to get the most of your money by the owners suggestion is not the case. You are being told from that point forward how much laundry soap is to be used, where to place it and how much fabric softener you are allowed to use!! The owner also sits in his little room watching his tv in which he is watching every step that you make from his several security cameras placed!! When he sees something that he doesn't like, he storms out of his room to confront you!! When confronting the owner he then turns his back and walks away cussing about you! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LAUNDROMAT!!! I don't know how this place has a 5 star rating, worst laundromat experience ever!!! read more

Richard is THE NICEST owner of a Laundromat I've ever known! He always makes a point of saying hello & chatting with each visit, & has ALWAYS gone above & beyond the call of duty to help everyone - especially me (since I have mobility issues) with moving my laundry to/from my car, getting coins, answering any questions, & even helping me with personal advice. He's meticulous about keeping his washers & dryers functional & sanitary, as well as making sure the entire facility is clean & safe from hazards. It's because of his conscientious service that I keep returning and will remain a loyal customer forever! I highly recommend this Laundromat if you like: * Friendly, Caring, Helpful Staff * Clean WORKING Machines * Clean & Safe Premices * Easy & Close Parking * Fair Prices * ATM Machine access * Pay by Credit Card option * Quarters exchange man'd window * Detergent/Softener vending machines read more

Came here to wash all of the Lost and Found from my kids' school, and Richard and the other person working were so helpful! You can may in quarters or you via card. Richard was so patient explaining things to me more than once. He offered to help me manage carrying all the baskets (I had a boot on for an injury). The other patrons were kind, respectful, and offered to help me, too. :) I noticed Richard sweeping a bit while we were there folding, etc. The place is clean, welcoming, friendly and you can get a lot of laundry done at once! read more

Will not allow you to dry clothes. Had a laundry emergency. Richard was very nice and explained the policy. He did not offer any alternatives such as rewashing or rinsing a cycle. Wow!! This was my first visit under the new ownership and I was amazed by the positive changes! The laundromat was bright, clean and inviting. The machines were ALL in working order (big change from former management). There are ample large machines for blankets and quilts. There is a working change machine AND a person on premise to make change, help with machines, etc. This is HUGE, as it prevents loitering. This is a very well-run family business.
