B E W A R E VERY DISMISSIVE. Really, REALLY, disappointing. I'm 60 yrs old. Disabled and the 24/7/365 caretaker for my 90 yr old mother, living with DEMENTIA. It's just her and I. Which is an adventure in and of itself. But, it's just her and I. There's no man around. This guy DOES NOT have your best interest in mind. Damaged metal sprinklers. Replaced them with PLASTIC. My father never would have accepted PLASTIC. Plastic was replaced with metal but only because I insisted. He never told me the sprinklers were damaged. Luckily, I checked while they were at lunch. He never gave me options. Never discussed it. So let me add this as well... His communication skills... btw his name is Sotero (not friendly), his communication skills are just unavailable... nonexistent. With me anyway. He's just there to do as little as possible. So, he returned a week later to finish up cutting down a tree... He asked me if I wanted to speak with him when he was finished or just leave. I requested to see him once he was finished. Well, SURPRISE.. He left. No word. AND HE LEFT THE LOGS BEHIND. I was told they would remove EVERYTHING. Not true. He will not be welcomed back!!! You've been warned! read more

We found Treeworx recently. They did an excellent job in trimming the tree. It was quick and clean with reasonable pricing. Would use them again. read more

They removed what looked to be a 30+ ft Euphorbia candelabrum tree from my backyard. I just bought a condominium and realized through researching this plant that it should have never been planted there in the first place. The sap is toxic and the spike filled branches tend to fall off without warning. In fact one of the branches that fell off and had anyone been nearby it would've easily injured them severely. The speed and professionalism with which OC TREEWORX removed this plant was impressive. One of the first questions they asked me when they arrived was if I wanted the roots removed as well. When they finished their work, it was as though the tree had never existed. I would recommend them for any tree removal job. read more

Called OC Treeworx to get a quote for my massive (neglected trimming in a few years) trees on my hillside. Knew it was going to be a big job and expensive. It was but it was worth it. I have a neighbor who has his RV parked behind my hillside. Manuel was very good at making sure his guys topped my trees but still left some branches to maintain privacy. He was also very helpful in sharing some tips in maintenance to avoid a costly trim for the next time. Will definitely call them back. Two months later and my trees are happy and healthy looking. Very Satisfied. read more

Very professional, great work, Victor and Joe very knowledgeable. Very happy with the quality of their work, sent them to my son's house.....two happy customers. I will use them again. Definitely recommending them to other family and friends. read more

Once again a very happy customer! We contacted Manuel last minute a week before a party at our house and within the week, Manuel had his workers at the house trimming our palm trees. The workers were nice and did their job quickly, it seemed as if they were in and out of our yard within the hour. They trimmed, cleaned up, and swept the yard of all the palm tree debris. You would have not known they even cut anything down, that is truly how clean Manuel and his workers are! 100% recommend! Thank you OC TREEWORX and Manuel! read more

Oc Treeworx is a great company to trim your trees. I was surprised as how quickly they worked at trimming our trees. The efficiency and professionalism of the crew made the job we needed done easy. Clean up of all the tree clippings was fast. They also had the courtesy to ask our neighbor if he could move his car to ensure it didn't get dirty or damaged from the debris. We'll definitely use their services over and over. read more

I hired them to prune two trees and remove a third. The price seemed fair and the reviews positive. They called me 4 days earlier than scheduled and asked if they could come that day. Being retired and being that I did not have any plans for that day I looked at that as a positive and said yes. During the course of removing the one tree they damaged my neighbor's vinyl fence. Unfortunately this was not noticed by me or them and was brought to my attention by my neighbor 2 days later. I contacted OC tree works right away and asked for them to come out take a look at it. They said they would. It's now been a few weeks and no one has showed up to look at it and no one has called me back with regards to this matter. I need to pay my neighbor for the fence and may need to go to Small Claims Court to get reimbursed from OC TREEWORX.. I originally intended to give them a good review. However their customer service, or lack thereof is unacceptable. read more

I live in the SGV area, but my dad recommended them when he was watching them chop off trees at my sister's house in OC. I've only called one other place and Manuel gave the best price so we went with his company. They showed up on the dot at 8am on a Saturday morning. His team worked really fast to remove a tree with huge roots. They leveled it off nicely too and were nice to let my dad save some of the grind up tree for compost. They also chopped off our back trees and cleaned it up nicely. They couldn't remove the tree trunks there because there was no way to get the machine to the back area. We'll try to drill holes and pour salt in it to let it dry up. Overall, I do recommend them. read more

Everything about our experience was great. We had a tall Mexican Fan Palm at the top of a steep slope in our backyard. We couldn't see it well from our patio but neighbors above us had to endure looking at the tree. It required so much maintenance. We invited dozens of companies to give us a quote to remove. They either did not have a license and insurance or those who did wanted an absolute fortune so we kept shopping until we talked with Manuel. Responsive, reasonably priced with such immaculate clean-up you wouldn't have known they were here removing a 40 foot tree. I mean, not a speck of tree remnant left on our or our neighbors' property. We were never that lucky when just having it trimmed. So, yes, absolutely, unequivocally, I recommend OC Treeworx. read more

Manuel and his team did a great job trimming the large palm, eucalyptus, and sycamore trees in our backyard for a reasonable price! Manuel was quick to return my phone call and came over that day for an estimate. Their team of 4 showed up exactly on time on the day of our service, carried out the work quickly and efficiently, and cleaned up/hauled away the debris afterwards. We were very pleased with their service and plan to use them in the future for all our tree trimming needs. I would recommend them to anyone. read more

OC Treeworx did a awesome job on my yard and palm trees! I am not usually happy about how my trees look after being trimmed, and this is the first time in 10 years that i am pleased with the result. They listened and asked questions about what I wanted, and gave me exactly what I asked for. My trees look better than ever, my planters look great because they removed infested plants, and i am so relieved and happy with their work. They also did a great job cleaning up afterwards and left it cleaner than when they came. Excellent work, reasonable prices, and very knowledgeable. read more

We were looking for someone to cut down a tree on our slope in the backyard and trim all trees encroaching on our property from the neighbors. On a whim I contacted this place and Manuel responded right away. He came out and gave me an estimate and had the guys come back the same day and perform services. The price was great especially for the amount of work they did. The crew were friendly and very hard workers. They completed in only a few hours. I will definitely use them for all of our future tree service needs. They went above and beyond anyone we had previously used. read more

Top quality professionalism and prompt estimate and completion of job. I was very pleased with the quote given by Manuel after receiving two other higher prices for the same work (and one of those wasn't even going to remove the stumps and roots!) They called the day before they were scheduled and asked if they could come that afternoon - by the time I arrived home from work, 3 trees removed, yard cleaned up and everything removed. Definitely recommended, and I'll use them for tree trimming later in the season when it's time to top other trees in my yard. Got extra helpful information from Manuel while we were chatting, as well. read more

I have been wanting to clear our yard of these MANY ugly trees we've had. OCTreeWorx did an awesome job. We had 12 trees and one dead fruit tree that needed to go. I spoke with Manuel and he assured me the removal would be done in a day. The crew came in the morning and were finished and gone in about 3 and a half hours. They were all so professional. Everything was left spotless. I was amazed!! I highly recommend them. Thank you Manuel!! read more

I called OC Treeworx on a whim from a flier that was left at my door. Right? Who actually calls on those things? I had several tall trees to trim and one dead tree plus stump that needed to be removed. I received an immediate call back when I left a message. Within 1/2 hour there was someone at my house to give an estimate. The estimate was extremely fair and Manuel was so kind, friendly and knowledgeable-let me ask a ton of questions. They specialize in tree trimming, removal services and it shows. I was able to get an appointment within a few days. The OC Treeworx team came on time, started working right away, did a fantastic job and were done within a few hours-like lightening. They came to let me check their work and asked if I wanted to make any further requests. Also, and SO IMPORTANT, they were so so soooo clean. There is not a leaf in my street where the tree grinder was parked, my backyard was left immaculate. I couldn't be happier with the service. Such a great experience. THANK YOU! read more

This is the third time I called Manuel for tree works. Each time his team finished all the works ahead of time with a professional fashion on my both front and back yard.
