Steven & Zuzana do an excellent job. OC Cleaning charges by the hour, but it is quality work. They are focused and get the details correct. Fast without being sloppy. Reliable. Good value. They do not overcharge or nickel-and-dime you. Can work with or without homeowner present, helping or not helping. Very good communication from owners Jozef and Nikki via text message (not email or some hard-to-access business number) when needed. Every two weeks like clockwork. Always on time. No last-minute cancellations. No judgement if your house is a mess. Flexible with duties when needed. In the rare circumstance Steve and Zuzana cannot make it, substitute cleaners are provided. European trained. European cleaning ethics. No shoes worn in your house. No harsh chemicals. Natural-based cleaning products. They crush the competition. **** Read this: Their most important attribute is that they have a POSITIVE ATTITUDE towards cleaning and take a humble PRIDE in their work. No negativity. Received a beautiful Christmas card from them. **** read more

Nikki and OC House Cleaning are phenomenal!! We have been using their services for several years. Nikki provides prompt feedback when I ask about times for them to come. The cleaners throw the shower towels on my bed. I request a regular clean. Maybe the cleaner never wash the cleaning towels. After their cleaning, my shower room become stinky. read more

OC Cleaning cleaned my home for a move out in Newport Beach today and the service was wonderful!!! My house was cleaned exceptionally well, and in a reasonable time. Helen (I believe) and her mother were very friendly and personable, and made sure that the house was perfect to my standards before they left. The price was very reasonable as well! When the opportunity presents itself I will definitely use this service again! read more

I have to say it's so good to find OC cleaning clean my house. They did wonderful after I had given up all hope about my move out check. The price are fair, and their service is quiet better than the price. read more

We have a vacation home in Anaheim and needed a cleaning company that could come in and wash sheets and towels along with the normal cleaning. Many cleaning companies would not offer this. That's when we found OC House Cleaning. They have been amazing to work with! They are always quick to respond to my texts and can always get me scheduled when I need to have it cleaned. I highly recommend them. My house looks amazing every time they clean. read more

A two man crew that worked very hard, for five hours , and made our home sparkle. Very friendly and reliable . Did everything I asked .

I had a last minute move and needed to schedule a cleaner in a very short notice. I sent multiple emails out for quotes and OC Cleaning was the only company that was flexible enough to squeeze an appointment for me. Unfortunately there was a delay in the contract and I had to reschedule my appointment twice. Jozef was very understanding and rescheduled without any problems. I haven't really had a chance to see their cleaners in action, but I'm very impressed with the Customer Service so I will be coming back once my contract hiccups have passed. read more

I don't know why all the hype & 5 stars for this service. I did NOT experience 5 star service at all yesterday !! Firstly, after being 10 minutes late I called Josef who said he didn't have my address nor ph # and proceeded to blame me for his unprofessional error !?!?! After they showed up he hassled & continued to blame me. I only hired him because we were in a bind & time crunch otherwise I'd gladly tell him to take a hike. He promised 4 workers to clean the entire house & all the windows but only 3 showed up. And they did a mediocre job, we had to finish the cleaning. And adding insult to injury, Josef didn't have the decency to say goodbye to me ! I highly do NOT recommend this service read more

Update: I appreciate that Jozef took the time to reach out to us. I assure you that I'm not a competitor, I am a real customer who just wanted my mom's home to be professionally cleaned for the holidays. Wet floors most certainly DID create an obstacle for us to be able to go into the rooms and look at the details after they cleaned. How would we do so without leaving dirty footprints on the wet floors?! If this company does provide deep cleanings and move in/out and carpet cleanings, then it is impossible that our expectations were too high when we specifically requested a DEEP CLEANING.There was no misunderstanding; we simply had a *very* POOR cleaning service. Again, I appreciate the effort Jozef made to correct our bad experience. There are no hard feelings. read more

Last minute call and came a did a wonderful job. Were nice and friendly. Communication with owner was good and quick payment with Venmo. Overall great experience. read more

I've not written many reviews recently, but after using Jozef and his team's services for a while I feel compelled to. Always on time, never a problem setting up weekend cleanings, and they do a great thorough job. Our bathrooms didn't look this clean when we moved in! read more

My husband did some research and found OC CLEANING. Jozef managed to squeeze in an appointment within the week. At first I was concerned about miscommunication because they consider deep cleaning and move-in cleaning differently. I've never requested cleaning services before so I didn't know. To set guidelines, a few days prior I tried my luck and emailed or texted a list with which areas I'd hope to be cleaned and wow, they did beautifully! Tommy and Marina were on time and even referenced my list as we did a walk through of the house. I'm happy to say they were greatly appreciated. They called me 30 min before they finished to give me a headsup and then gave me an honest review of their progress. My husband was so shocked at how incredibly clean the house looked and not a trace of chemical cleaners smell. Thanks so much OC CLEANING!!! It's like the contractors never left a mess at all read more

I don't do reviews often but I am very impressed with this service. Me and my girlfriend both work full time and have a 3 year old that makes a complete mess, when we get home from work the last thing we want to do is clean. I contacted OC cleaning based on the reviews from yelp and I am very very glad I did, our cleaning person is Peter. Its the first time I have ever had a male cleaning person and he is amazing, I leave a blank check and my door open for him and feel comfortable doing this with him. His attention to detail is amazing and does a really deep clean on our house. The prices are cheaper then other quotes around and I love the fact I can go to work and come home to a clean house. I suggest you all try this service and you will be happy with them. Peter - You are the man and thanks for the clean house. Gavin, Chelsea and Riley read more

I couldn't love OC Cleaning any more if I tried. They have kept our house shiny clean for almost ten years. From that first deep cleaning onward, everything has been excellent. The owners are super responsive, adjust to minor variations in schedule well, and train their staff to always do a top-notch job. If I could give them 100 stars I would! read more

The cleaning crew is extremely thorough and very professional. They did an amazing deep cleaning job on my 2 bedroom apartment and they did it in less time than they quoted! Looking forward to having them come back on a monthly basis! Thanx!! read more

UPDATE: After expressing my disappointment, Yozef (the owner) personally came over to attempt to clean it out again. Unfortunately, with my cheap carpet that came with the place, the spots were only slightly lighter but I do appreciate Yozef's excellent customer service, effort, and to try to do what's right. Bottom line, they were GREAT TO WORK WITH make sure you don't get cheap carpet. PREVIOUS REVIEW: As far as their regular cleaning is concerned, we had the pleasure of having Petro and Christina, and both were great. They cleaned our laundry room, kitchen and our bathrooms. However, we also utilized their carpet cleaning service and the results were disappointing. My carpet stains had remained and noticed even a few I may not have noticed before since I was looking at the carpet with extra scrutiny. In all fairness, the company may have done a steam clean as opposed to carpet shampooing, which I did not realize were different things since I asked for a "carpet clean," but I feel the owner should have clarified that. read more

Jozef saved me from the most disgusting fate: living day-to-day in a dirty house. Jozef is very accommodating to our situation, I've had to reschedule appointments when out of town which has never been an issue with OC Cleaning LLC. Additionally, sometimes Jozef has had prior appointments which he is extremely courteous about calling ahead and communicating if he will even be slightly delayed. He is a gentleman of integrity. We've experienced delayed cleaners that leave us waiting for hours, or fail to show up at all, OC Cleaning is very professional and never fails us. The cleaning quality is perfect, belongings are respected and cleaned with care. Jozef brings his own cleaning supplies and equipment (we've had cleaners just help themselves to our home supplies...). We live on the 3rd floor with no elevators, yet Jozef picks everything up in his bulging, muscled arms, packing in and out of the home like a true He-man. I appreciate OC Cleaning LLC tremendously, questions are never asked about the blood stains and scratch marks in my house. read more

I had to point out a few major misses - forgot the blinds and some of the wall pictures didn't get dusted. The one thing that bothered me, is I have a golf ball display and I specifically told them not to touch it since the signed balls are not readily legible, but they mixed them all up. I now do not know which ball is signed by which golfer. By in large they did a good job, maybe not worth the full $400 for 5 hours - two guys. read more

Our house as in need of a deep clean. We found OC House Cleaning based on yelp searches. We've never paid to get our house cleaned before so we didn't know what to expect. They were totally professional and cleaned spots that we would never even think about! They cleaned under our light screen, unclogged our shower drain, and vacuumed out couch. Our stove top, toilets, shower were spotless! Our house has never been this clean! We had Dominic and Jacob and we loved them! Definitely recommend! read more

This company is great. Very responsive, they do an excellent job and their cleaners are trustworthy. Our cleaner is Radovan, he's been doing our house for over a year and he shows up on time and leaves our house very clean each time. We highly recommend this company. read more

We used this cleaning service for professional cleaning as well as carpet cleaning throughout the house. Jozef was very helpful and even came to clean the house himself! There were three cleaners in total if you include him. The man who cleaned the carpets also did a fantastic job. I believe Jozef said he said he started the business 9 years ago and his employees are mostly family and friends. Everything looked great, even better than when we had first moved into the place. I would definitely recommend that people use OC cleaning LLC. My roommates and I were all very happy with the results! read more

Just had a crew out snd they did a great job. It took a little longer than they expected, but it's been a while since I've done a deep cleaning. They were friendly and paid attention to details. I'll definitely be scheduling them regularly to come out. read more

OC Cleaning has been great. I've had home cleaners who were a bit more thorough (in other states that I've lived in), but it seems good home cleaners are hard to find in this area. At least, that has been my experience. I tried a few different companies in the Orange County area and none of them were great until OC Cleaning. They have been the best so far and the easiest to work with. They have good customer service and are responsive to questions. Most importantly, they get the job done! read more

After finally deciding to get a cleaning service, Josef was very quick to respond to my email and even came the same day. I initially was told it would take 2 people to clean, but when 3 showed up I was a bit concerned the price would skyrocket. The price stayed the same and they dove right into their work. Room smells fantastic and it looks even better than it smells. I was at first concerned about some of the other reviews I read, but based on my experience, I would definitely bring them back again. Sometimes bad experiences happen, luckily I was not one of those people. Every company will have/should have a bad review or they seem suspect. OC Cleaning did not disappoint and did not earn a bad review here. They did what they said they would and everything looks great. Very fast response Great cleaning work Friendly Cleaners Excellent Price Great smelling clean room Worth it. Thanks Jozef! read more

I have hired and fired several cleaners in the OC area and I found that Jozef and his crew are the best of all the cleaners in this area. I have a child at home and am very particular about cleanliness and how everything gets cleaned and finished. OC Cleaning is very good at communicating the schedule, arriving on time, finishing the assigned cleaning and leaving the space clean and tidy. Jozef's crew is a team of champions at cleaning. They have helped me with move out cleaning, move in cleaning which, was very extensive and tough given that it is a new construction and with lot of construction dust. They helped me move boxes, clean the tiles surround, window cleaning, kitchen cabinet clean out, clean and mop the rooms and bathrooms. I had a different cleaning company in the morning who refused to clean the tiles to the top, they did not have the tools to reach the tile surround. Jozef's crew was able to accommodate our cleaning request and the team came fully equipped with all the supplies and tools to clean (unlike some other cleaners who use all my tools and supplies). I have had a great experience every time I have requested a cleaning service from OC Cleaning and will definitely continue to use their services. read more

I spoke with Nikki who came to inspect the place. They were very nice and accommodating to a very Specific need I had for cleaning. I love the fact that they take off their shoes and use products without harsh chemicals. I have a pet and this is important to me! I couldn't have asked for better service. It was very pleasant! read more

Had my mind set on using this company as an ongoing cleaning service. But just trying to get information and communicate with this company has been difficult. I have been trying to set up an appointment for house cleaning going on 3 weeks now. If it's this difficult to set up an appointment and give them business, I can't imagine what the future holds. Went back and forth through yelp chat a few times before they just stopped responding. Called and left 3 messages on the phone number provided on yelp- no call returns. Finally thought to give it one last try today and the lady picked up during their said "office hours" and said she didn't know whether people were available to clean at the end of the month. A few hours later, got a text message from her asking if I still want the service for this Sunday.... ummm, I never requested service for this Sunday! I asked about the end of the month, not this Sunday. She replied with "I believe we are booked for the end of month." You "believe" or you "know" you are booked? So confused and chaotic. Removing my bookmark on yelp 6/22/18- in all fairness, the business owner reached out via text and yelp to advise they have many challenges with the yelp app. But with respect, I also left 3 phone messages and never heard back during that time period so it'll the rating will remain. read more

After using OC House Cleaning our home has NEVER been this clean, even when we moved in it was not this clean! We scheduled a deep clean as our home has never been professionally deep cleaned the 1+ year we have lived here. The scheduling process was fast and efficient and they were very thorough during the walk through on what needed to be done and how long/how much it would be. They did AMAZING on everything. We had insane amounts of hard water on our shower glass that my boyfriend and I tried literally everything and hours to get rid of and they got all of it off to be shiny and spotless so quickly. The baseboards were wiped down to the cleanest I have seen them, the blinds were well dusted, and the kitchen glowed! There were stains on the stove and counters I felt were impossible to get rid of and they are now completely gone. We are now using OC House Cleaning for our regular cleaning service every two weeks and I am so glad we found them! read more
