He thoroughly diagnosed the problem, explained everything in clear, easy-to-understand terms (no technical jargon overload), and got right to work. He replaced a faulty capacitor and performed a full system check to make sure everything was running perfectly. The repair was completed efficiently, and my AC is now blowing ice-cold air. Robert Bachus, the owner of AHP Testing made time immediately to help us out. We were up against a deadline to open the restaurant, and unfortunately failed our first air balancing test. Robert did not just deliver the bad news and move to his next appointment. Instead he helped us troubleshoot the cause of failure and coordinated closely with the HVAC contractor we were using. Robert led the way to specify and share with the team the exact amperage and CFM levels needed to pass the test. After we hustled to source the items Robert advised us on, he put us back on his already busy testing calendar for the following day. As murphy's law would have it; Robert shows up with all his gear, we turn the exhaust system on and it still was not working properly. Rob made his way to the roof to troubleshoot and even made some adjustments to the fan belt - going way above and beyond! Not 40-minutes later we passed our air balance test! Throughout the process Robert was steadfast, calm, resourceful, collegial, and above all humble when we praised him for all the help he gave to us. I completely lost trust with this company. I had an…read moreappointment for heater maintenance not too long ago. The technician stated everything was running okay except for the blower wheel. He said that it is completely dirty and needed immediate attention to be cleaned or else my system will not run correctly. I was given a quote and he asked if I wanted it done the same day. He did not show any pictures or anything to support his reasoning. I declined the service because I got a new system less than a year ago. I got a second opinion from a different company. The technician took out the blower wheel, took it out and showed it to me. It was not dirty just a few specks of dust. That was all! It was not in a condition where it was dirty and required immediate attention as stated from the tech from this company. This is very upsetting because the fact that the technician lied and just wanted to take advantage of making money. Do your research and hire a reliable and honest business!

However, when a warranty issue came up (a faulty temperature sensor at the condenser) in early July, communication has slowed down significantly. Frank last replied in early September, mentioning limited inventory at AC Pro and that he'd check on parts availability. Since then, I haven't heard back despite a few polite follow-ups. I still hope this can be resolved soon and that the delay is truly due to manufacturer part shortages rather than lack of follow-through. If the repair is completed, I'll be happy to update this review to reflect that.
