Assorted Sashimi A
Cassandra M.

This cozy sushi spot has high quality sushi for a good price. It's served fresh and their portions are big as well. The service is quite fast. They can get pretty busy and they have limited seats. But I definitely recommend getting take-out to enjoy their food. We got Assorted Sashimi A and Double Spicy Salmon Roll. The roll was unevenly sliced so some pieces had more salmon and some had less. Overall, I recommend this place to satisfy your sushi and sashimi cravings.

chicken katsu donburi
Nhu N.

pleasantly surprised by this restaurant! i ordered the chicken katsu donburi for takeout and the portion was so big! i paid $14 for it, they give you a 10% discount if you pay by cash. i originally wanted to tonkotsu ramen but they did not have it. i waited around 15 minutes for my donburi. the restaurant is quite small. the kitchen is right behind the counter so i could hear the chicken being deepfried. at the time i went there was only one man working which was the chef and a sign saying they were understaffed, but he was very attentive to me and the other customers. taste was also surprisingly good, and the donburi comes with rice, chicken katsu, cabbage and a fried egg. also came with miso soup on the side which was surprisingly good. definitely worth your money as the biggest portion of my meal was the chicken katsu.

This is the closest thing to sushi bong on the east end. Yes that's right. It's a small takeaway shop just by the beaches that serves fresh, delicious sushi that's a good size and great value. Love it here!

We bought the Chirash Don take out for lunch today. The fish was fresh , great variety, portions were big, rice was tasty. I think it was great value for the price. Staff was friendly. We called ahead and food was ready on time. We will definitely go back again.

The Sashimi A platter. This is amazing. The butter fish is slightly torched which brings a wonderful taste. and it's one of my favs!

This was my first time trying this place. And I have to say for 2 people running a sushi place its top notch! They got a great variety of different types of sushi and also got things from the grill! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quick bite.

Sad salad

2 maybe 3 stars but minus 1 for not honoring yelp check in offer. Salad ...a bunch of lettuce and 3 slivers of red peppers. Gave me sushi with dried up Wasabi and no soya sauce... I would have taken another star away if the hostess put in the salad dressing container she dropped on the floor on top of my (poor excuse) of a salad but she didn't. I saw her think about it but she changed her mind at last minute. Miso soup was just that. No tofu...no mushrooms... powder and water? Teriyaki chicken and salmon was just ok....sauce was sweet and watered down. If your gonna charge what you charge... not honor what you advertise. .. then at least improve on the food quality/presentation.

Tried this place based on the yelp reviews. Probably the worst sushi I have ever eaten. Just got take away for dinner and ate it despite it not looking too great. Got the spicy California rolls and asparagus tempura rolls. The tempura asparagus was definitely not fresh. Then I noticed there was no crab in the California roll! What the!! Also the rolls were not wrapped tight and were difficult to eat. My boyfriend picked it up so he called the place up and they told him they ran out of crab and "forgot" to mention it. No discount, no warning even. They said they'd give us a discount on our next order. With this being our first time ordering here, we definitely won't be back. Get your sushi elsewhere!

Decent sushi, but the delivery driver called my boyfriend an asshole for having an out of city area code.

Great service, tasty rolls and fair pricing. We've added O Sushi as a dinner to our neighborhood favourites.

It was just ok, I wasn't wow like I thought I was. It is a cute place, but cramped isn't the feeling I want when sitting in a restaurant.

The food was ok. I had sashimi dinner, but they half cocked the raw fish which it's unusually.

The nigiri was decent on both deliveries with the rolls being a tad above average. I was tempted to order a bowl but wanted a more filling option. With my go to spot for sushi delivery not showing any signs of revival. This might fill the void for now. 3.5 stars

Located a few doors down to the right of the W hotel. The fish is exceptionally fresh and of premium quality, with every bite melting in your mouth. The chefs clearly prioritize quality and authenticity, and each dish is beautifully presented. The menu includes delicate cuts of fatty tuna (otoro and chutoro), buttery Hokkaido uni, and beautifully marbled salmon that practically melts in your mouth. They also serve rarer options like golden eye snapper (kinmedai) and amberjack, Otoro, chutoro, unagi, amago, and more; each prepared to highlight its unique flavors and textures. The chefs at Yuzuki use traditional methods like aging and lightly searing certain cuts, enhancing the natural flavors of the fish without overwhelming it. Every bite showcases freshness and expertise, making it a must-visit for sushi enthusiasts. Yuzuki in Toronto is a gem for sushi lovers. You can really tell there's a lot of care behind every course. What stood out to me most was how calm and focused the whole experience felt--it made it easy to slow down and actually enjoy each bite. Definitely a place I'd come back to when I want something a little more special.

There were three add-ons (toro with caviar $25, uni with caviar $35, and caviar sushi). I opted in for the toro and uni add-ons. It was strange they give you the add-ons before any other nigiri. Everything was very good and fresh. Standouts for me was the appetizer, all three cuts of bluefin tuna, the lobster (by far my favorite), and the hotaru ika. I would've appreciated knowing that the omakase included or not included toro and uni before I decided on the add-ons but I don't regret it. It was a splurge night after all. Service was very attentive. Note that the dining space is very small. 12 seats around the counter and two tables. There was a very loud gentleman two seats from me who never learned to use his inside voice and totally ruined vibe. But that's not on the staff. Another note is that gratuity is automatic on the bill.

The space itself leans more modern and clean rather than the typical dark, cozy izakaya vibe, which I actually didn't mind. It felt comfortable, not too loud, and easy to settle into for a slow dinner. We ordered a mix of small plates to share, and everything came out looking nicely put together. The aburi-style salmon sushi was one of the highlights for me.. lightly seared, with a soft texture and just enough flavor on top without being overwhelming. The tuna tataki was also fresh and clean, simple but well done. Some of the fried dishes leaned a bit richer with the creamy sauces, but they were still enjoyable, especially if you're in the mood for something a little more indulgent. The beef fried rice was straightforward but satisfying, one of those dishes that's easy to keep going back to between everything else. Drinks were a nice touch too.. refreshing, nicely presented, and added to the overall experience. Overall, this feels like a solid spot for a casual night out with friends. It's not overly traditional, but it's easygoing, shareable, and comfortable.. the kind of place you'd come back to when you just want good food and a relaxed atmosphere.
