This one opened almost around the corner from my house so... I have been a few times. They always acknowledge you when you walk in but its new so we will see. I have a rewards account with them so it requires that you give them your phone number to add your purchase points. Make sure you do so as sometimes they don't ask. We were on a road trip when we hit some heavy rain fall. I called O'Reilly's and asked if they had…read moreRain X, which he replied yes. So we drove over from the gas station across the street. Bought the Rain X which was right at the front of the store. But when we cashed out I said, I've never used the spray before, do you have the smaller bottle that squirts out, not a spray. He said, oh that's in a different area. They have Rain X in 2 different areas. We drove back to the gas station to use the roof top over the pumps so we could apply the Rain X on a dry windshield. Shielding is from the rain as we applied it. After we did that we were back on the road. Which we were thankful for. It did rain a few other times as well, and the Rain X really did help. Highly recommend Rain X for a safer drive in the rain. And grateful O'Reily's was there when we needed them.
