The employee was not able to help her a left her distressed. She said, "He was rude, disrespectful and did not help at all. " I went inside and described the situation. I let him know that this is an opportunity to gain two loyal customers. Henry, the manager did not disappoint. He took care of her and she left feeling much better. Thank you Henry. I will be back.
