The guy (didn't catch his name) was very nice and told me yeah bad battery....told me let's see if the battery is here in stock...but once he looked at the battery and the way it was positioned he didn't want to break anything trying to get it out to change So here comes Superstar Eddie....was able to get to the battery but one of the connectors had a lot of corrosion on it and he didn't want to break the connector So I had to go to a mechanic which was the third place I found that actually switched it out for me and only charged me $50 without breaking the connector All and all Eddie from autozone was very good and welcoming and explained what was going on and why he didn't want to try....and that what I like explanation so I can understand better

This is my first time ever visiting an O'Reilly's before…read more... My license plate needed to be changed on one of our cars. I was told by a gentleman up the street to visit O'Reilly's to get a license plate kit to install it. A gentleman approached me in the store who was overall very nice. Asked if I needed anything and I told him I needed a license plate kit. He sure enough told me exactly where they were. They had a rather extensive assortment of kits, custom covers and designs to choose from. I found what I was looking for with no problem. I didn't have any tools with me and I already had the guy at the tire shop remove my old plate which was difficult because of rusted and stripped screws so my car was bare on the back. Obviously driving without a back license plate is risky so I asked the gentleman if he would help me install the kit but he said, "we don't help with these." I was surprised because I've gone to Auto Zone stores and they help me with minor things like that all the time. That is the only reason I couldn't rate 5 stars. Other than that, good accessibility, clean, fully stocked and organized is how I would describe this store.

To take it off and put it back on is an issue TRUST ME !! I came on a Saturday about 2 hours before closing, they stayed open to finish the job . I took a bunch of business card to pass around to friends. They also rebuild starters as well . Trust me you will not be disappointed, unfortunately you can't give 10 stars on a review :-( . Hopefully I won't need thier services again but if I do I know where to go :-)

What happened at this location today was completely unacceptable…read more One of the managers apparently decided that he was going to charge my wife nearly FOUR TIMES the amount she had previously been charged to install two tires that she brought in herself. What makes this even more outrageous is that she had brought in two other brand-new tires less than two months ago and had them installed at a specific price. Yet today, for essentially the same service, this manager suddenly attempted to charge her almost quadruple. So I would genuinely like an explanation: what exactly changed in less than two months that justified increasing the installation price by nearly 400%? Because from where I'm standing, it certainly looks like someone saw a woman standing at the counter and decided they could take advantage of her. If that wasn't the reason, then Discount Tire should have absolutely no problem explaining exactly what justified such an enormous and completely inconsistent price increase. My family and I have been customers of Discount Tire for OVER 20 YEARS. That kind of loyalty should mean something. Instead, my wife was put in a position where she had to challenge a ridiculous charge just to receive the same pricing she had received less than two months earlier. Yes, in the end they honored the previous price--but that does NOT excuse what happened. The fact that this situation occurred in the first place speaks volumes. A customer should not have to argue, push back, or prove what they were previously charged just to prevent themselves from being grossly overcharged. And I want to be perfectly clear: I will NOT tolerate anyone attempting to take advantage of my wife--or any customer--because they believe they can get away with it. If this is the type of behavior Discount Tire permits from its management, then after more than two decades of giving this company our business, my entire family will gladly take that business somewhere else. Furthermore, I have a social-media audience of approximately 4 million followers on TikTok, and I have absolutely no problem publicly documenting exactly what happened at this location, including the previous installation price, what my wife was initially quoted today, and how the situation was handled. This isn't about a few dollars. It's about integrity, consistency, and how you treat your customers. Attempting to charge someone nearly FOUR TIMES the previous price for essentially the same service and then backing down only after being challenged is disgraceful. Discount Tire management should be looking very closely at what happened here and asking why a longtime customer was ever put in this position in the first place. Twenty-plus years of loyalty can disappear very quickly when customers feel like they're being taken advantage of. I would like to add as well, please tell your techs to take their greasy gloves off when they drive our vehicles, I'm tired of wiping grease off of my steering wheel, door handle, and gear shifter.... CMON NOW this is common sense. Stop being lazy!!!
