I recommend booking an appointment in advance because this place can go from calm to full-on busy at anytime. The staff is always friendly, patient, and efficient, even when things get hectic. Wait times are usually accurate and service is great. When it's busy, best move is to bring something to the store to stay busy while the crew works. At 11:35 they were still trying to figure out how to get the job going - system isn't giving correct info, do we have the tires, we need to collect payment, blah blah blah. I went in recently to get a plug for one tire - slow leak.... The advisor went out and measured the tread depth on every tire, not just the one that had the leak, and came back inside to tell me that all my tires were "shot" and I'd need 4 new tires. Very disappointed with this place because they try to sell me 4 tires while I was getting my tires balanced and rotated. After I told them I purchased the tires here and is less than a year old. They did not realize I used my work number instead of the number in the their system. All of sudden they are tracking back and trying to recover for what they said. I would give them 5 stars except for one thing. Every time I come here, they are so busy that they get in a hurry and make mistakes. They don't pay attention to the details. For example, as soon as I drove away, my tire pressure light came on. That shouldn't happen. For another thing, I always have to check the valve stem caps to make sure they are screwed on all the way, because they usually aren't. She keep insisting that I change all 4 tires over and again after I stated I only want 2 front tires changed. If 2 places who normally change out tires didn't recommend changing out all 4, why does she feel the need to strongly suggest their advice is inadequate. I'm very disappointed in the run around I am having from store to store I was visiting family in Michigan and before I left to return home I wanted to get my air checked on my tires so I went to the local store in Traverse City and the employee recommended a warranty check on my 2 front tires but unfortunately they didn't have any in stock and they are the only discount tire in town but he said he would give me the warranty quote and even call my local store in Richmond Texas to check if they would take care of me . I made a online appointment the following Tuesday (today) but when I arrived the manager and employee would not honor the warranty because they claim it was natural wear and tear I just don't understand why it would be different from store to store when the quote was in my profile and was told to me it would be honored . I show up for my appointment on time. A guy goes out, spends a couple of minutes staring at my dually, comes in and asked me to go to my truck with him. He proceeds to try to sell me 6 new tires...repeatedly. Due to my not purchasing $2,000+ in 6 tires today, my appointment was delayed 45 minutes before being put in the garage. Came in to get tires rotatin on a 99 Tacoma SR5. Tire were not bought here so there is a cost for this. I believe it was somewhere around $50+ and I believe that's just for one time balance and rotation. But if you want the lifetime balance and rotation (for the remaining life on your current tire) it will run you $120+. I would assume it's part of the corporate philosophy, hiring, education and day to day management but for the size of the operation the customer service is impeccable. Secondly, the folks who work there are energetic, knowledgable, really enthusiastic about tires and very courteous.
