In and out in less than 10 minutes on a Saturday! You can't beat that!. I went in due to an issue with my battery, and the staff was ready and available to assist me. There was a bit of a line when I got there, but it moved quickly. The staff helped me see that my battery had a dead cell, and due to my warranty, they swapped it out. The male rep said," Isle 4" that was it not let me see if i can help you and just stood there but the person before me he took him down the aisle and assisted him. They were the only auto store that had the part I needed at 9 pm at nite. I happened to be working on a problem with my wife's car and I really though that I was gonna have to bring it to the dealership and I definitely did not want that. After reading the code with my code reader and googling the code online to find out what the problem was. I went to you tube to see how i needed to install the part. After calling a few places autozone was a hit and I went over and picked up the part. I know I saved a bunch of $$ by doing this myself. Sadly, not all Autozones are the same. And clearly I can say that because, locally I have one, I've visited one in Virginia and I've actually been to this one two times whilst visiting Houston. Now, I like Autozone because they have the things I need at that given moment, and not only that, their staff is usually really nice. This staff tried to be nice, but it wasn't totally genuine and I could tell. I bought a bunch of stuff for my son, mats, steering wheel cover and cleaning supplies for his (my old) camaro. Two full bags of stuff and no one offered to help me to my car, seriously? I never thought I'd say that Stoneham MA had more "southern" hospitality than Texas....but yet they did. So would I frequent this place or even ask you to? Probably not, but hey, it's your choice and sometimes the choice is given due to the lack of choices. Happy 'zoning, ya'll read more

I am not sure if all locations are like this one, but this one will prevent me from investigating any others. I visited about a year ago and was the only customer in the store. The 3 people working were in the back of the store. I could tell that because they were yelling at each other over the music. I don't think they even knew I was in the store. The lyrics of the song playing were not edited for TV (if you know what I mean). I found it very distracting and left before I had found what I was looking for. Fast forward a year later and thought I would give them another chance since they were closer to my house than any other auto parts retailer. I walked in and was immediately greeted by one of 4 employees who were diligently stocking the store. I was asked what I was looking for. I replied and the employee pointed to a corner of the store and went about his business. After finding what I needed, I took it to the front counter and waited for one of the employees to come ring me up. All 4 were in my field of vision. Even though I only waited 45 secs or so before walking out I was not even acknowledged by one of them. I'm done with this store. read more

Had a great experience. Went in to get my battery changed after it corroded on me suddenly one day and Eddy took great care of my car. He cleaned the corrosion with a spray and went out to replace my battery for me. That guy I could tell was working hard, and not just my car. He immediately turned to help the people parked next to me. Super nice and helpful. Will definitely come back. read more

Great experience yesterday picking up a new headlight for my Dodge Ram pickup truck. I wasn't sure which kind I needed but the young fellow behind the counter helped my quickly and gave me instructions on how to install myself. Grateful for their advice. I'm only giving this place two stars because of their staff members fixed a check engine light problem for me. It was a loose hose and he taped it up for me. He saved me a lot of time and money. Anyway, today I visited this place because I needed new wiper blades. I walked in, not greeted at all, and found the blades I needed for my car, but I wanted to be sure I was buying the right ones first. I found the manager (he was an older man, wearing a gray shirt) and asked if the blades were the correct ones. Instead of answering me, he rolled his eyes and walked away to talk to another man behind me. I stood there, wondering what the hell his problem was, but an employee named Tristan came and assured me I was getting the right blades. Tristan was nice, so it made up for his rude manager. Whatever the case, there is another AutoZone down Fry Road so I think I will go there next time I need something. read more
