    Came by in a hurry and Gene helped get me in an out. Even installed the wiper blades himself. Thank you for great customer service!

The mechanic, Willie, was rude and appeared frustrated, tried to pressure me about brakes I didn't request, and repeatedly called me approximately four times back-to-back, even texting me while I was still at the shop -- luckily, I keep unknown callers on silent. They put the wrong oil (5W20 instead of the required 0W20, which is stamped on my oil cap) into my car without asking. I immediately called my usual mechanic, who confirmed that using the wrong viscosity can damage my engine. The oil filter was changed at the same time, meaning it now contains the wrong oil and should be replaced again, but the shop refused to do so. To make matters worse, the owner (I assume) tried to grab my receipt and nervously laughed when I took a picture documenting the mistake. They even left my car running with the windows down after the error was "corrected," creating a safety risk. This shop is careless, disrespectful, and clearly assumes women customers don't know anything about their cars. Women are fully capable of reading manufacturer recommendations and recognizing when something isn't right. I will never return and strongly caution others. I now have to closely monitor my vehicle to ensure it was corrected properly. Willie claimed he was "trying to help," but disregarding manufacturer recommendations is completely unacceptable. For the safety of both your vehicle and your sanity, I strongly advise going somewhere else.

    Battery was going dead so I stopped here for a new battery for my 2014 Nissan Versa Friday…read moreafternoon. Was greeted immediately by all staff working even though they were busy. Joey the manager helped find the correct battery for my vehicle, and then even said he would change it out for me. I was very happy since I had worked all day and was ready to go home and relax. When he attempted to get the last terminal loose we found, that since the battery had been in for 4 years, a ring was around the post and there was a deep groove on it. This was preventing it from coming loose to put the new battery in. His partner Dale came out to help get it off around, after 20 minutes or so they were able to finally get it off. The manger Joey and his partner Dale then replaced the battery cable terminal, so that I wouldn't have an issue in the future. First of all if you want top notch service I suggest you head to this location. These guys didn't even charge me for working on my car. Many places or people would have given up, but they continued to work on it despite the trouble it was being. My Dad long ago always trusted O'Reily back home and I always went there as well. Now I see why my Dad always said to go to O'Reily. If you see Joey or Dale you know they will take good care of you, along with any of their other staff that works there. Their staff will go above and beyond the call of duty to take care of you. This company also supports local heroes and you are in good hands here. To these gentlemen and other staff that work here, Thank You for taking care of me.

    I'm happily giving these guys 4 stars because they did go above and beyond to help me out…read more I went in for a dead battery and asked if they could replace the one I had and the CSR at the front admitted he didn't really know how to but he would try. So I opted to bring the battery to my mechanic instead. The at a seperate location mechanic took apart my car and realized that the battery was too big so I called O'reillys and told them the situation. They ended up driving the correct battery over to us (as my car was completely dissected) and saved us the nightmare of being stranded once again. I would recommend this business for sure! Thanks again you guys really helped us out:)
