He never told me that since I didn't have the receipt that I could only receive a gift card back. he only said for someone reason it's only allowing a gift card. so I called customer service and to no avail I still couldn't get my money back and was given a report # after a week no one has called. I called them today and give them the report # and now all of a sudden it's because I didn't have my receipt. I'm a woman and I don't work on cars or have any car issues, this is the worse experience I've ever had with a company.

I have spent over $4k over several months for the same unresolved issue. First, they misdiagnosed it as a bad throttle body. Then later admitted it never need one. Next, they claimed it was the PCV valve, which they had already replaced two years prior. When that didn't resolve the problem, they said I needed a new water pump and hoses, which failed to resolve the issue. Finally, they told me I needed a $4500 head gasket repair. At that, point, I sought a second opinion at the dealership. Only to learn the problem stemmed from the previous work, which had not be done properly. I am a teacher who cannot afford to pay thousands of dollars for "guesswork." Despite multiple chances, the shop has not offered any refund or attempt to make this right with me. At this point, based on the actions (or lack there of) of this shop, I no longer believe this is a case of gross incompetence. I believe it was done with intentional deceit and I can't with good conscience recommend this place to anyone.

They put the wrong oil (5W20 instead of the required 0W20, which is stamped on my oil cap) into my car without asking. I immediately called my usual mechanic, who confirmed that using the wrong viscosity can damage my engine. The oil filter was changed at the same time, meaning it now contains the wrong oil and should be replaced again, but the shop refused to do so. To make matters worse, the owner (I assume) tried to grab my receipt and nervously laughed when I took a picture documenting the mistake. They even left my car running with the windows down after the error was "corrected," creating a safety risk. This shop is careless, disrespectful, and clearly assumes women customers don't know anything about their cars. Women are fully capable of reading manufacturer recommendations and recognizing when something isn't right. I will never return and strongly caution others. I now have to closely monitor my vehicle to ensure it was corrected properly. Willie claimed he was "trying to help," but disregarding manufacturer recommendations is completely unacceptable.
