He told us it was $65 for a battery if we brought in the old battery. So, we stopped in today to make our purchase. We saw Darius & he seemed to have a better attitude. He wasn't short or rude like he was yesterday. We got the battery & he told us there's a 6 month warranty on it for 6 months. If we lose the receipt, the warranty is voided. There's no information on our receipt (ie. customer name or detailed battery information). So, I will be sure not to lose it. I recommend this place if you need a battery for the low, but that's about it.

A friend recommended Batteries Plus on Atlantic Ave, so before I ventured to the dealership and paying the premium prices they charge for everything, I decided to give them a try. They told me after examining the key fob, that the circuit board was the problem, and that it was going to malfunction and drain any battery I tried to put in. It was time to replace the key fob. Batteries Plus was able to offer me a significant savings and were able to order the fob from a nearby location, cut me a new key and reprogram it, and I was back on the road!!

Since I was near this particular Auto Zone location, I called them first to see if they were open and if they would test the battery out for me. I also asked if they would replace it as well since I knew my battery was old and would have needed to be replaced anyway. They informed me that they would test the battery for free and install a replacement as well with no installation costs. When I showed up, I was greeted by Carlos at the register. He was extremely courteous. He agreed to test my battery right away, and on testing it showed me that my battery needed to be replaced. He then located a new battery inside the store and then replaced it for me as well. All of this happened in very little time, and Carlos was very pleasant throughout. I couldn't have asked for a better overall experience and final result on a Sunday evening with a busy workweek ahead.

I found some and then went to the counter to ask for help. The man at the counter called for Ravi Jones to help me. Ravi was amazing! He told me to bring the parts outside to my car where he crawled under my car and tried the parts to make sure i got the right one. He then proceeded to place the proper parts and fix my engine shield cover. You do not get that kind of kindness and customer service anymore. I am so grateful for Ravi and hope his company realizes what a gem they have in him!
