The only thing is they didn't put my spare back in its position and I had to ride around with it until I could get someone to put in back. The staff was very nice and professional. I first came to this location months ago because I had damage to my rim/wheel that I was looking to get replaced and the employee seemed to not know how to do his job. I was referred to some mobile business rather than being helped. I had to ask him if it were possible to just order a replacement here and was just told that the two wheels they looked at couldn't be ordered. They at least fixed up my donut a bit that needed air and sent me on my way. I took it upon my self to order a wheel online recently since no one at the store was any help. The website stated it was in stock and I ordered it. 4 days later I go to pick it up and I'm told they "tried to reach me" which I had no received not one call or a voicemail or even an email stating that the wheel was in fact not in stock and was told they would have to order it in, which I think they should have done as soon as it was realized they didn't have in store. I was then made to pay more for one that they didn't have in stock. All around an annoying and run around experience and a waste of time and money. read more

The staff seemed courteous and professional. The space is clean and has comfortable seats. There are extreme upselling tactics here. I've enjoyed previous visits and purchases here but many of the suggested things did not add up. I take my vehicle to be serviced (at my preferred servicer. The feedback here seemed to be exaggerated. Perhaps a change in the approach would be best. The staff here seem heavily money-driven and not customer-centered. Speak to customers like we are not slow because I'm not. I was encouraged to buy new tires when the ones I currently have on my car have not maximized the miles that the tire brand guarantees. The explanations provided were not supportive enough for me to buy any tires from Discount Tire. I will be having a second look and evaluating this further with my family mechanic. I updated my phone number here but for whatever reason the staff didn't update it and my car was ready sometime before I was aware. The wait time was excessive without an appointment. I did drop my vehicle off since I had other errands to run. From what I can tell Discount Tire did a good job servicing and replacing my air pressure sensors. When I make my decision for my tire purchases it won't be here. I don't like how I was handled with all the upselling. I'm at a big enough age to identify when the up-selling isn't aligned correctly especially when it's not matching what my regular server observed and recommended for my vehicle at my last visit. read more

I hate the long waits here but unfortunately there aren't many better options. Prices are about the same as everywhere else but they do have more brands in stock to choose from. One thing I hate is the constant upsell attempts. I get it that's how they make $$, but it gets old. They do free tire rotations, but again their goal is to sell you new tires and will make it seem like your tires are worse than they are. Walked in for a tire rotation and balance. Chad took care of me and was very professional. Told me an expected completion time and took my details down. While watching for the service to be performed in the waiting room, I noticed the balance was done, but the tires were not rotated. One of the techs also used incorrect jack points when lifting my truck. I let the techs know the rotation was not done and showed them pictures of my tires before they were brought in today. The techs then performed the rebalance in the parking lot. Had I not been watching, I would have uneven tread wear. The center caps were also not installed correctly. Went to do an air pressure check after work when I noticed my tire seemed flat. Ended up being a puncture and needed a repair. I came in at a busy time, no appointment, AND it was the end of the day. And yet they still were all extremely kind and helpful. Fantastic prices and service. I love that they take everyone in up until closing time and then finish the cars they have vs turning people away so they can leave at closing time. They really came through helping me and my family with infant in a pickle far away from home by getting our car back in action within 2 hours at the end of the day. The staff was really helpful and pleasant to deal with and they have a nice waiting room with plenty of space and good ac. Restaurants next door is a plus. My tire was low. I stopped in to see if it could be checked for a leak repair or tire replacement. The sales person was rude. Told me there was a possibility they could look at it. I asked what was their policy on masks since very few wearing inside. He informed that their business let people make decisions about that themselves. There is currently a mask mandate. I feel like I can't tell enough people how much I love Discount Tire, primarily this location. Although there may be a parking lot full of cars, I am always treated like I am the only customer in their shop. When we had to get a whole new set of tires on a car, we didn't think twice on where to go. We didn't shop online prior to because we knew that they wouldn't cheat us out of a good deal nor take advantage. Discount Tire helped me out big time over the summer. My car had picked up a screw on the highway resulting in a bummer of a flat tire! It was a ridiculously hot July day so I rolled up my sleeves and threw the donut on. I nursed the car over to Discount Tire and after an hour and a half, they told me they had patched up the tire and re-mounted it. And for free, no charge whatsoever. My gosh! So of course I had to go back to Discount Tire. Service was quick, it took about 45 minutes for me to roll on out with a new set of wheels and my Mazda was running better than ever. Discount Tire gives you perks when you purchase tires from them. They have a lifetime spin balancing, tire rotation, and road repairs ( limited). I also got the insurance for free replacement. OK I went to them in the late afternoon. I talked with Mat and we wrote up the sale . they had the tires on and my car at the door in a 1/2 hour. That is what I call service. I got the best price around ( I called 30 plus tire companies and searched on line ) and am very happy with the purchase. What a difference tires make. My car is a new car again. I got 47000 out of my old tires which were 40000 miles tires. If you need tires educate yourself first, you get what you pay for.
