A day or two after the sale, I noticed that no floor mats had come with my truck. I contacted Aspen and he ordered me new mats. Really nice ones too!!! The team there is not high pressure. In fact, the first day we went there, we just wanted to check out the inventory. They left us alone instead of most dealerships that come running out the minute you pull into the driveway! Thanks Aspen for a nice experience and a great truck!

The sales process went fine, but things changed completely once I reached the finance department…read more The finance manager told me that buying an extended warranty was mandatory to secure the loan from the bank. Plus, I arrived with an outside bank pre-approval rate, but they insisted on running my credit through their lenders. The finance manager gave me a rate that was higher than what my lender actually approved for me, so he just wanted to pocket the dealer markup. Very dishonest.

Labor and parts are extremely reasonable and my issues have been fixed in less than 48 hours. My Dad originally referred me to Global and since then I've referred a handful of other people. No scamming here. It's refreshing to find an auto repair shop that values honesty, communication, and quality workmanship. If you're looking for a mechanic you can trust--especially when others can't solve the problem--I highly recommend Hubbell's Auto. Honest, reliable, and truly knowledgeable. Unfortunately, my husband and I have had to utilize Quality Auto Body for a few different reasons in the last 10 years. Once was work to the front end of our Ford Focus, once was a rock chip repair in my Honda Odyssey window, and I currently have another appointment scheduled to fix my van from someone hitting my rear bumper when it was parked. Fortunately, Derek and the crew are hands down the kindest, most understanding, helpful, patient people around. They are great about answering questions and giving options for repairs. They are quick to schedule you (even when parts are hard to come by). While the supply chain issues are making it difficult to do their jobs, they are definitely providing the most courteous, professional custom service I could ever ask for. I'm happy to have this shop local to us. I would highly recommend this body and glass repair shop to others.
