He puts on that he's a good guy. And a good business man he definitely is not. I took my laptop in to have the hinge fixed. When I got to the shop I decided hey let's have the battery replaced because it's only staying off the charger for a couple of hours so why not. I was told it would be complete in 3 to 4 days. 4 weeks later I finally am able to collect my laptop! Long story short he has replaced the battery 3 times. Each time he replaced the battery he did not test the battery out to make sure that it was working correctly. I am very confident that when you have a professional replace a component in your electronic, that professional will test that component to make sure that it's working properly after installation. He did not. Because if he had I would not have had to return to his shop 2 more times to replace the battery Each time the battery was replaced I had to calibrate the battery and I had to test out the battery each time it was installed. And each time I got an error that the battery was bad. Well this third and final time I also got the message that the battery needs replaced. And now I have a message stating that the charging port is bad. That means progressive charging circuitry failure. WTF?? That wasn't happening when I walked in his shop the first time. Now he wants to offer me a $40 refund and say that it's not his fault. Those who question his business practices are called entitled. I am a customer and I am entitled to having my product return to me in fully functioning order. Now I have to take him to small claims. What a dick

A couple weeks ago I had attempted to repair the screen on my cell phone after watching a couple of…read moreyou tube videos. Unfortunately I received the replacement glass but no screen. Needless to say I took apart my phone and though I could just replace the glass. Ugh! I didn't have the time or the patience to mess with it, and I would have needed the housing and more parts and couldn't wait for them to get here since I was leaving out of town on business in 2 days. I called CR Cell Phone Repair and spoke to the manager and explained the situation. He (Kitty I believe his name was) mentioned that if I got it in there by 7:30pm they would be able to get it done (I have an iPhone 6+). Well things came up and I wasn't able to get there until about 8:30pm and he was already gone. I spoke to the girls behind the counter, both were very friendly and welcoming. The tech I spoke to explained to me that one of the parts I took apart had 4 screws and that 3 of them were in all different sizes. (Something that the you tube videos I watched failed to mention). She said that Kitty would be in the morning and that she would rather have him take care of it since he's better experienced with my type of phone. Now other places I have worked with in the past would just go ahead and attempt to fix it without even knowing about those screws. I appreciate the honesty in wanting to do it right, and the understanding of my urgency. I sent my wife to pick up my phone since I was just loaded with work and when she came back not only did they fix it my phone they even included a high end screen protector at no charge. I found the service more than capable, efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and very communicative. Everyone I have spoken with and/or have met have all been great! I highly recommend them to people that want good service both on the customer side and the technical side. Thank you CR Cell Phone Repair. Hopefully I won't need your services again, but if I do I'll be sure to come back to you!

He'd take it and say he would try to get to it next day. I would end up picking it back up from him just so I could have it for the weekend. In the end, he said after "watching U-Tube" that there was a chance he could break the screen and that would be another $250. I took my computer back and he wouldn't refund my money. Said he had re-stocking fees and shipping fees to pay for. He was yelling at me and then threw his hands up in the air and said I'm done", and stomped away. I took my laptop home with no repairs done. I was out a deposit and the spare part. I wish I would have asked him for the part, but I was so upset, I just wanted out of there.
