Two month later, while she was home for Thanksgiving, the computer crashed again. She took it to a reputable repair store in Denver who found that the hard drive Brent installed was never secured in place - it was floating around inside the computer which damaged it beyond repair! I called Brent and he told me he did everything right and it wasn't his fault. He said the repair store in Denver could deal with the warranty on the hard drive he replaced. This guy is NOT to be trusted. Taking advantage of college students, refusing to stand by your work, not taking responsibility for an oversight that was obviously your fault - this guy should not be in business.
