Dylan helped me pick out a new CPU cooler with the information I gave him through emails about my system and what I used it for and with all that knowledge he found a good fit for my rig, we had a lot of back and forth communication to make sure everything would work. I dropped my PC off along with the new part and Dylan went to work and fixed it for me.
