After successfully blowing us off for about 4 months my wife called to see if they would do something about it. "Oh, I must have dropped the ball on that" was the response. We finally got the technician back out to look at it and he has no idea what the problem is. He was totally unhelpful and not particularly friendly. A terrible overall experience.
