The selection and customer service make it worth a trip to Welter. The prices are great for brand new or used items. I find the products (chairs, desks, office accessories) to be in good working order. I have purchased a Hon chair and later I returned to buy a chair mat. Both are better quality than I could get online with a fair price. They helped me load my purchases in my car and I am so impressed with my entire experience at Welter. read more

I've owned a Hon Office Chair for more than 15 years. It's comfy and solidly built, but recently the height adjustment cylinder stopped working. Welter's Store came up in an internet search so I called them to see if the lifetime warranty covered the cylinder. They offered to check it out for me and called back a few days later to let me know it wasn't covered since the cylinder is a wear part. Then they offered to replace it for me as they had many used cylinders on-hand. I dropped it off at their store, expecting to pay a modest fee for such service, but they called back the NEXT DAY, and the chair was ready! These folks understand customer service like not many businesses do anymore and I'll be referring people to them whenever I get a chance! I browsed a bit while I was there and they do have quite a selection on their showroom floor. Well done Welter! read more

I've worked with Welters for years and their customer focus and product diversity has been top notch for years. Poor Quality and Customer Service…read more I contacted CopyWorks in Cedar Rapids for a 16x20 photo print for my father's funeral. I emailed the image, and they confirmed it was good quality for printing. When I picked it up, my mom immediately noticed my dad's face looked extremely red compared to the original. When I asked for help, I was told it looked fine and that the graphic designer was out for the weekend, so nothing could be done before the Monday funeral. They suggested I try CVS or Walgreens, yet still expected me to pay for their incorrect print. After pleading, they only gave me a 20% discount. Thankfully, Walgreens printed it correctly, and Hobby Lobby framed it quickly and beautifully. I would not recommend CopyWorks for anything, especially when quality and empathy matter.

They have a small selection of plastic planters and other indoor gardening accessories in addition to the usual outdoor gardening stock. Of course, my favorite part is the attached greenhouse with all the houseplants! They are fairly priced with a range of sizes and varieties, from teeny tiny to trees as tall as I am. Most importantly though, I find that the staff are very knowledgable and happy to engage with customers about their plant projects. Definitely recommend for plant lovers of all levels!
