Welter's Store came up in an internet search so I called them to see if the lifetime warranty covered the cylinder. They offered to check it out for me and called back a few days later to let me know it wasn't covered since the cylinder is a wear part. Then they offered to replace it for me as they had many used cylinders on-hand. I dropped it off at their store, expecting to pay a modest fee for such service, but they called back the NEXT DAY, and the chair was ready! These folks understand customer service like not many businesses do anymore and I'll be referring people to them whenever I get a chance! I browsed a bit while I was there and they do have quite a selection on their showroom floor. Well done Welter!

Inside I found amazing deals on army fatigues, which are great for the range with their pouches, hunting and EDC knives from $5-15, leather holsters on sale for under $15 - although most were for very specific models. The guy was a little cold to me, and since I don't look very Iowan I felt odd. Especially when I noticed how he treated the good old boys that came in to talk about WW2 and Nazi stuff, but at the end of the day, he warmed up and helped me. The tables and chairs were already prepared for us when the party showed up. I believe everybody and their dog decided to come at the same time that we arrived. It was a little chaotic, but the owner and her staff handled it very well and was able to accommodate everybody. Our birthday party had 5 10-year-old girls and myself. The girls looked through all of the different ceramics and chose what piece they wanted to glaze. We looked at the color chart, wrote down the numbers of the colors that we wanted, and the staff got everything ready for us. The glaze goes on light. The more layers that you glaze the darker it will be when it is put through the kiln. It took us about 90 minutes to finish. The pieces range $5-25. There is also a $7 fee (paint and kiln) per person. Our pieces will be left there for a week and then they will be packaged up for us. To make the experience that much more special for the birthday girl, they are able to put their handprint up on their wall along with their name and age. Choices to glaze: Bowls, mugs, plates, animals, banks, sports, holiday ornaments, lighted signs, vases, calavera, etc.
