They offered to check it out for me and called back a few days later to let me know it wasn't covered since the cylinder is a wear part. Then they offered to replace it for me as they had many used cylinders on-hand. I dropped it off at their store, expecting to pay a modest fee for such service, but they called back the NEXT DAY, and the chair was ready! These folks understand customer service like not many businesses do anymore and I'll be referring people to them whenever I get a chance! I browsed a bit while I was there and they do have quite a selection on their showroom floor. Well done Welter!

Their customer service is the best! They respond to service calls very promptly. Good local company run by good people.

They have a small selection of plastic planters and other indoor gardening accessories in addition to the usual outdoor gardening stock. Of course, my favorite part is the attached greenhouse with all the houseplants! They are fairly priced with a range of sizes and varieties, from teeny tiny to trees as tall as I am. Most importantly though, I find that the staff are very knowledgable and happy to engage with customers about their plant projects. Definitely recommend for plant lovers of all levels!
