Welter's Store came up in an internet search so I called them to see if the lifetime warranty covered the cylinder. They offered to check it out for me and called back a few days later to let me know it wasn't covered since the cylinder is a wear part. Then they offered to replace it for me as they had many used cylinders on-hand. I dropped it off at their store, expecting to pay a modest fee for such service, but they called back the NEXT DAY, and the chair was ready! These folks understand customer service like not many businesses do anymore and I'll be referring people to them whenever I get a chance!
