Such a help! No waiting until I can find time to "take in my computer". Both of them (Thank God) were willing to work with my mother on her computer and printers issues. Adam was super patient and broke details down to her level. (He even took calls from my techie brother who live 15 hrs away to explain what was going on and with his help were able to recover some of her "missing" information.) They've recovered data we thought was completely lost. have great computer upgrades recommendations and access to some great deals. They can buy your computer for you, load everything, and deliver it ready for you to work! No hassles or download/upload issues with software and all that stuff I need to work but don't understand HOW to make it happen. Toshia's advice is always appreciated and her talent is crazy good. And her accomplishments are inspiring, plus she is always smiling when I see her. I was sent here from the T-Mobile store when I tried to upgrade my phone. I've had an iPhone XS for…read morequite a while and it's the first screen I've broken. The rep suggested we have it repaired before trade-in so I'd get a better credit for the new device. We filed an insurance claim at T-Mobile and it kicked me out an email to make an appointment with CPR for a same-day screen replacement. I set my appointment for the next day and showed up a little early since I had no idea what to expect. The lady that checked me in was very nice and happily answered what felt like the most basic (dumb) questions to put my mind at ease. They even alerted me that my battery is in pretty poor shape, but since I'm just trying to trade it in I opted to leave it alone. I was able to swing back two hours later for my device and haven't had any problems with the new screen. Like others have said, I hope I wouldn't need to use their services again, but glad to know they're an option!

Is it possible to give less than 1 star? My daughter took her computer to Brent when it crashed…read moresoon after she started college. He told her she needed a new hard drive and charged $200. Two month later, while she was home for Thanksgiving, the computer crashed again. She took it to a reputable repair store in Denver who found that the hard drive Brent installed was never secured in place - it was floating around inside the computer which damaged it beyond repair! I called Brent and he told me he did everything right and it wasn't his fault. He said the repair store in Denver could deal with the warranty on the hard drive he replaced. This guy is NOT to be trusted. Taking advantage of college students, refusing to stand by your work, not taking responsibility for an oversight that was obviously your fault - this guy should not be in business.
