Very bad experience. I had a broken hinge on my HP laptop. Took my money up front, took 6 weeks…read moreto get the part in (so I was told after I called him) I took 4 trips to drop off and pick up my laptop. He'd take it and say he would try to get to it next day. I would end up picking it back up from him just so I could have it for the weekend. In the end, he said after "watching U-Tube" that there was a chance he could break the screen and that would be another $250. I took my computer back and he wouldn't refund my money. Said he had re-stocking fees and shipping fees to pay for. He was yelling at me and then threw his hands up in the air and said I'm done", and stomped away. I took my laptop home with no repairs done. I was out a deposit and the spare part. I wish I would have asked him for the part, but I was so upset, I just wanted out of there. I will never reccommend Computer Heaven, or owner: Brett Walters, to do any IT work of any kind.

Such a help! No waiting until I can find time to "take in my computer". Both of them (Thank God) were willing to work with my mother on her computer and printers issues. Adam was super patient and broke details down to her level. (He even took calls from my techie brother who live 15 hrs away to explain what was going on and with his help were able to recover some of her "missing" information.) They can buy your computer for you, load everything, and deliver it ready for you to work! No hassles or download/upload issues with software and all that stuff I need to work but don't understand HOW to make it happen. Toshia's advice is always appreciated and her talent is crazy good. And her accomplishments are inspiring, plus she is always smiling when I see her. They are just the sort of people you can trust and communicate easily with, even on IT issues I don't know how to explain - they get it! I never read Jon's reviews before today. If you read the reviews you will see he does not take…read moreaccountability when something goes wrong. It is always his customer's fault. Horrible! He puts on that he's a good guy. And a good business man he definitely is not. I took my laptop in to have the hinge fixed. When I got to the shop I decided hey let's have the battery replaced because it's only staying off the charger for a couple of hours so why not. I was told it would be complete in 3 to 4 days. 4 weeks later I finally am able to collect my laptop! Long story short he has replaced the battery 3 times. Each time he replaced the battery he did not test the battery out to make sure that it was working correctly. I am very confident that when you have a professional replace a component in your electronic, that professional will test that component to make sure that it's working properly after installation. He did not. Because if he had I would not have had to return to his shop 2 more times to replace the battery Each time the battery was replaced I had to calibrate the battery and I had to test out the battery each time it was installed. And each time I got an error that the battery was bad. Well this third and final time I also got the message that the battery needs replaced. And now I have a message stating that the charging port is bad. That means progressive charging circuitry failure. WTF?? That wasn't happening when I walked in his shop the first time. Now he wants to offer me a $40 refund and say that it's not his fault. Those who question his business practices are called entitled. I am a customer and I am entitled to having my product return to me in fully functioning order. Now I have to take him to small claims. What a dick
