Such a help! No waiting until I can find time to "take in my computer". Both of them (Thank God) were willing to work with my mother on her computer and printers issues. Adam was super patient and broke details down to her level. (He even took calls from my techie brother who live 15 hrs away to explain what was going on and with his help were able to recover some of her "missing" information.) They can buy your computer for you, load everything, and deliver it ready for you to work!
