Hannah greeted me and let me know it would take about three hours to complete the replacement. I came back shortly after 5pm (they actually close at 6pm, despite the hours on the door saying 5pm). First they blamed it on not being open on weekends , then it was the parts delivery. No apologies no updates and no est. time given. Finally after many calls they blamed Amazon (1. One of the things I like the most is the customer service they will never try to upsell you on products or services. They will listen to what you want and do everything possible to get you what you want. Just like with anything else in life you get what you pay for. There may be other shops that are cheaper but the service and products you get are not worth the little bit of cost savings. After having them work on more than 10 cars for me and a boat I would not trust anyone else to work on my vehicles. Chris
