We were the ones making the phone calls trying to get one to be shipped here from another location. WTH?? So we order a third time being told it will arrive and it doesn't. Stop at the store and there's a Closed Permanently sign on the door! Maybe tell us that and give us our money back??? Of course not! So we had to bring corporate into it only for them to tell us they called the owner and he tells her "you have the wrong number" and hangs up! So then we have to open a dispute with our credit card wasting so much time dealing with them. Website says temporarily closed but we'll never deal with them again! Doesn't even deserve a1 star.

After letting him know that it was not a rechargeable, he was able to quickly replace the battery for me. He was very professional and helpful.
