Then got into my car while I was in front of it and he continued to drive into my legs, hitting me and as I lose my footing and fall into the hood of the car... I'm in literal shock. As I'm walking outside to try and get into my car... 3 other employees including BryceLanghurst, Mike Bushman, come to harass me. The GM gets out of my car to get in my face again to assault me ... Before getting back into my car to drive it clear across the lot... As I walk to my car across the lot, the 3 other employees insist on harassing me to my car... Then tell me I cannot leave... While 2 others tell me to leave and blocking my car. I have made a police report. I have video and pictures. Bought a 2023 Crown Limited that was suppose to be Gold Certified. To find out it was not properly certified being bated to buy this vehicle and lied to on the certification. Within the day of purchase I experienced problems like the software being 2 years old on the infotainment system which made my screen glitch, backup camera not working... Lane assist not working... Heated seats don't work.... Knocking in the engine when reversing... Horrible wind noise in the driver side... This is just a few. When I discuss these concerns in detail to the manager John, I get a one word reply, "Yep.". Absolutely unacceptable. This is shady and did nothing to compensate for this stress and straight up lie to a returning customer. dealership. Sad, unprofessional, unacceptable. My software was never updated the 7 days it was here... And when I complained about new scratches, that apparently was the last straw and they couldn't bare to take responsibility. I had just dropped a $14k down payment buying a $42k car... Didn't think my concerns were out of reach. No apology yet from Toyota or this dealership for such a horrible experience.

My husband said he answered all his questions and easy to work with. We were also trading in a Murano. This was not our first time buying a car from Dave Wright. This would be our fifth time purchasing a new vehicle from them. When I returned from my trip we both worked with Zac but unfortunately ran into day off so we worked with Mercedes. She was very personable and knowledgeable and soon we decided it would be the Murano although the Rogue was so much better than the year I had a Rogue so I was very impressed with the changes Nissan made on the Rogue. Mercedes made herself available to us and answered any/all questions we had. I'm not sure we got the best deal on trade-in but saved us from selling it ourselves. Because everything is electronic and cameras everywhere, I'm impressed that Mercedes knew how to work everything on the display panel. I'm still learning myself. I would recommend highly using either Zac S or Mercedes to help you choose a new vehicle. No one was a hard sell, even finance. They just wanted us to get what we wanted. Again, this is our fifth vehicle from Dave Wright and predecessor so we've had a good run with Dave Wright.

When driving the new Murano we were unable to get the cruise control to activate and maintain a steady speed. We stopped at Dave Wright Nissan and were greeted by Landen Bowser, service advisor. Landen listened to our concern, made the adjustments, and instructed us on what we were doing incorrectly. Landen could not have been friendlier or more accomodating. Since we will be moving to Marion in the next six months, I will most assurectly visit Dave Wright Nissan for my next Murano (we've had 12).

I'm an out-of-towner but needed an oil change before I head back to California. Figured I'd stick…read moreto a dealer since I didn't know the area and needed a trustworthy oil change given my 2k mile journey back. Found it relatively easy to schedule an appointment. Overall pretty satisfied. I didn't get a quote beforehand, but was a little surprised at the price, $66 for an oil change, which could be right on market for Cedar Rapids, but my oil change costs $74 in California. I was expecting high 50s given that there were no extra services performed such as tire rotation, etc. Complimentary car wash left something to be desired, Not sure if it's soap or they just didn't get all the dust off my car (it wasn't super dusty, just the normal amount of dust from a car that's sat in a driveway for a couple weeks without a wash or rain). And given that I have a black car, it is noticeable. I have white droplets and residue from my hood, to the top of the car. I don't expect a professional wash, just not expecting residue. If you want extra social-distance I'd recommend walking over to the dealer waiting area, no one was there when I stopped in, and they had a counter area where you could work on a computer, and complimentary wifi, allowing me to continue working during the service, which was great. Customer service was generally very good, my service rep was very friendly and polite and had a great attitude, it was disappointing that he wasn't wearing a mask and only about 25% of the staff seemed to be wearing a mask. I don't know why masks are so controversial, but given the science, as a customer, when I am at a business that can't be bothered to wear a mask I always think, I guess they don't care about the health of their customers. And it becomes a little painful handing your money over to someone who doesn't care about your basic health. If you're immune-compromised, I would find somewhere else to get your oil changed during the duration of Covid-19.

On the website you can enter a price as an offer. I entered the price of $19,000. This was a little low but I was hoping we could negotiate. A coworker recommended this place to me. I visited the dealership and was late due to the construction (they didn't tell me!). I was given a salesperson who did not know anything about a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited! What's the horsepower? "Um, don't know, I'll have to ask" Is there hill descent control? Is there hill start assist? What is the engine? What are the tires? "Um, I'll have to get back with you about that". The guy was nice and there was no pressure. But really, he couldn't answer any of my questions. I told him about my price offer and that I had done research and thought it was pretty reasonable since the car is not new but used and there are better offers in in the area. He asked me if there were any other cars I was interested in. I said a Subaru Forester. He said he would go look and see if they had any on their other lots. He disappeared for some time and then returned with the manager. The manager told me there was no way I could get a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited anywhere around here for $19k. He said he looked at all of McGrath's lots and there was just no way. He showed me some computer paper which had a price of $25k which he said was the price they bought the car. Are you kidding me! What a bunch of malarkey! He said he would go down $500 but no more. Well, I thanked him for his time and walked out the store. I never did get the info on the Subaru or any of my Wrangler questions answered. It's probably for the best since I doubt the salesperson I was with knew anything about a Subaru either. They should have just told me they couldn't meet my price instead of wasting my time. The whole time I was waiting for the salesperson to find out about the Subaru, they were in the researching if there were any Jeep Unlimiteds for $19k? Really?! Why didn't they just come out and tell me straight up they couldn't meet my price but they could help me find another car? Instead they made me look like I was a liar! I guess it's okay for the salesperson to lie but if a customer is lying, then the management will spend 30 minutes doing research to find out if the customer is lying. Iowa is not a good place to buy a Jeep since they are overpriced here due to their popularity. Chicago is the best place to go to find a fair price. It's not as popular since most urbanites want a fuel efficient car. This experience left me really bad impressions of McGraths and Jeep. Only go here if you want a car that is overpriced and you are not willing (too lazy) to go to Chicago for a fair price.
