Showed up and they never even looked at the car. Adam went to the counter for 10 min and came back and told me they couldn't get to what i wanted. I needed 18110 in order to sell and I had no control over that number. Kbb trade in showed 16500-19600 as a trade in range. Which tells me they just wanted to low ball me. What an absolute waste of everyone's time. At least look at the car.

When I picked up my car the entire motor cover was still off and the screws were scattered around and missing. Once they seen the poor review I left they called me with excuses and told me to remove it. To my surprise just now, like a year or more later, they just called me again saying the guy who gave me the excuses last time "cleared things up" and to remove the review on here... Not very good business practice So here is my new review, a bit nicer, but I'm still not happy that my interaction with them was nothing more than wasting $600.

Recently, I took my Subaru Forester into a chain service garage for an oil change and was informed, by the mechanic, that my left front wheel bearing needed repair! That seemed unlikely as Craig, at Road Runner, replaced them about a year ago. Turns out that someone (at the other garage) had loosened a part a smidge which, had I not checked with Craig, could have cost me about $700!! Instead, Craig tightened things up, checked my vehicle thoroughly and sent me on my way free of charge. It is challenging to find a mechanic with integrity and awesome skills (he specializes in Subarus) who also puts the customer ahead of profits!! Thank you to Craig and Jim!
