Wow my husband went in and was waiting to be served. He got tired of waiting and had to pee. So he put the box down and left. The employees who my husband had waited for basically chased him out the door loudly in front of all the customers he accused my husband of stealing. Are you kidding?!? Wish I could give ZERO STARS.

I am very satisfied with the customer service in and out in 5 minutes.

He had to put extra effort to help scrub sap off the windshield and tried to help us diagnose what the possible issues were. He was so knowledgeable and gave us a few ideas on how to fix our problem. So I canceled my order & had to wait until Monday to grt my $ back on my card. But by tgen my routers were shot along with my old breaks. I had no more $ set aside for buying new ones. I was very upset but we were sent a $5.00 gift card and a few days later my breaks showed up even after I canceled them..only THERE NOT THE RIGHT BREAKS... so now im BROKE, VERY VERY BAD BREAKS & ROATERS[ IM MORTAFIED EVEN TRYING TO DRIVE MY CAR ITS SO LOUD & DANGEROUS] But I have to because I clean vacation rentals all around 5 town in diffrent places daily and I just want to say IM VERY UNSATISFIED WITH THE INTIRE ORDEAL & THINK AT THIS POINT MY BREAKS & ROARERS SHOULD BE FREE OF CHARGE. I'm an outdoors man - My long-bed and I have spent countless hours on washboard gravel roads. Everyone knows, these shake the hell outta your truck. I also sleep in the back of my truck and the insulated canopy they installed in 2016 has yet to leak, In fact, the insulation is still tight & fresh as it was on day 1. The overhead LED lights inside the canopy have yet to stop working. All of this speaks to their craftsmanship & quality parts. The power-steps finally gave out after a decade of use, so it was time to replace them. I was given the option between the cheaper overseas version, or the USA built version. It's nice to get price options and their expertise on the level of quality. As part of the install they noticed a cracked end cap for one of the steps. (I would have never noticed it on my own) Anyhow, they called it out, already have a replacement on the way from the factory, and when the part arrived - they were able to a do a 'while you wait' replacement. This has been my repeat experience with them, I hope you find it helpful in your decision making.

After sending the VIN out to a handful of shops, Dean was one of few who responded, had worked on the vehicle, and was able to clear up some details. Since then, I've chosen Futrell as my go-to for routine and incidental maintenance. I especially appreciate their transparency, which is the most important aspect of interaction with a business for me. For more basic stuff, I prefer to do some of my own maintenance. In one case, there was an aspect of routine maintenance that we hadn't discussed when I dropped my vehicle off. Megan called to discuss that with me before the work was executed, giving me agency in whether or not I would handle that aspect of the service myself - something I really appreciated. In another case, I was dealing with a dying Turbo. Megan was very responsive in getting me an estimate and, since timing was a critical component of my decision making process, outlined projected timelines / availability for the repair. Megan wound up referring me to another shop across town that was able to get me back on the road sooner. I've previously dealt with other shops that try to secure paying work by telling the customer what they want to hear while failing to meet those expectations, the team at Futrell are looking out for what's in their clients' best interests and for that they have my loyalty.

They gave me a quote for the work and a time frame necessary for the repair. They not only met the time frame but the work came in lower priced than quoted. I was given wonderful personal service. I got a tour of the shop and I'm in awe. Thank you Meghan! Their lobby and waiting room reflect their passions for unusual guitars, skateboards, and Star Wars memorabilia. I would say that German made cars are their biggest passion. My car works like a charm as they went over and above with extra tasks that a car this old needed. I will never go to the dealer again. Futrell's has a customer for life as this is my forever car.

The battery is great, the warranty is great but they scratched my fender while installing the…read morebattery. They refuse to take responsibility, but I literally just detailed the car the day before and the paint was PERFECT. I hadn't even taken it out of the garage until I took it to interstate. Make sure to watch them install your battery if you bring a car in there that you care about. You can very clearly see how nice my paint is but hairline scratches right where he stood to replace the battery. It might be nothing to the manager, but it's something to me. The sales person, Morgan was actually completely wowed by my car. Looks like I have some buffing to do. Edit: The company response is a lie. They never, NEVER offered any semblance of help. Just the opposite. The manager just kept repeating the lie that he couldn't possibly have scratched the car, again and again while ignoring me. He dismissed me at every turn, repeatedly. I'm even more disappointed now! I never even wanted anything from him, only wanted him to be more careful with customer's cars. When bringing this to his attention he gave a rude excuse and said he'll pray for me. Jesus would never block access for handicap people just to make his job easier. That's entitlement not Christianity.
