Ryan Coffman did a phenomenal job! Discount tire is the place to go. They were quick, efficient and provided excellent costumer service. read more

Super convenient process at a good value. I've been a customer of Discount tire and America's tire for a number of years and the crew at the Minor Bridge store continues to live up to the positive experiences I've had in the past. From Dylan setting up the appointment, Nate checking me in and Eric handling the tires being put on it was seamless and easy from start to finish. I have also taken advantage in the past of their program were basically they replace any tires that are damaged or flat and that has been very convenient as well. I definitely recommend discount tire here in Oregon. read more

Each time I'm here, they bust their a** to get my tires done. They're knowledgeable, friendly and fair. But.... TWICE now, they underinflated my tires (new tires) and when my wife was driving the car, the warning lights went off and she had to pull over and figure out what was wrong with the new tires I got her, in the dark, middle of nowhere. Twice. When you put air in the tires, look at the sticker on the inside of the door and just do it correctly, please. Supposed to be 36, each one was 31. On a 45 series car tire, that's a big enough difference that I'm glad I caught it NOW. read more

Came in for balance and rotation. Brought it in during my lunch hour, they recommended some wiper blades which were a great deal and the tire maintenance. I was in and out in one hour, they were helpful and professional. read more

First time shopping here. Was treated quite well. Ryan had great customer service and was very patient with me. Whole experience was pleasant. I would shop here again and recommend getting new tires here read more

Five stars for a tire shop? For stuff you don't WANT to buy but have to? YUP! Les Schwab used to be my go to but after it took them 4+ hours to swap a SINGLE TIRE on my vehicle - and I was one of two customers - I was done. Decided to try out Discount as I have bad luck with my Prius's tires for some ungodly reason. They are always super friendly, incredibly efficient and transparent to boot. The extra $ for the tire warranty is worth every single penny as well. read more

Used them for years, great tires. Until they destroyed my chrome wheels thru negligence, smearing the chrome, leaving tooling marks in the chrome and removing it all together in places. Total lack of care for my wheels. I will no longer support this business with my money or any further referrals. read more

Good company, always filled my tires or said they didn't need. I will go there for tires and sensors will match Costco sales which has a horrible tire center. read more

Great service from Hayden and the team at discount tires yesterday. We got some new Michelin tires on sale and they were going to do the alignment but called us first to let us know that a couple bolts were compromised and they couldn't do the alignment. We appreciate the service and all the discounts that Hayden found for us in purchasing the tires. read more

The car did not have any vibration before you installed these wheels and tires. The vibration started immediately after the installation. You already admitted that balancing weights fell off -- twice. That alone shows there is a problem with the balancing or installation. This is not a vehicle issue. The car is almost new, 33,000 miles. There is no reason to send me to the dealer when the problem started here, after your work. read more

I am very pleased with Hillsboro's Discount Tire service. No appointment but they took me right away. Two new tires (that I was not planning on) were put on almost immediately and they Honored My Tire Mileage Warranty. Gave me a great price! New management cares about Customer Satisfaction. Grateful. read more

I've been to discount tire several times over the last decade and every time I've received excellent service. The guys are super polite, friendly, respectful and professional. I brought my husband's car in today with two kids in tow and the visit was seamless. Tire was fixed quickly and the employees were super sweet with my 9 year old who asked a million questions. I always recommend discount tire to family and friends! read more

I had to take our car in to get tires last minute, a few months back (November I believe) as a walk in. I wish I knew all the guys names who helped to include them in this review. You guys are awesome and you we really appreciate you! Tim and Riley were very helpful, I know nothing about tires. Tim checked the size already on our car and was very helpful and kind in getting the right set. Tim was nice to work with I really appreciate his patience in explaining options and fitting us in as a walk in. The tires have improved the way the car handles especially in rainy conditions. I would highly recommend this location based on my experience, they are honest kind and helpful. Thank you guys we really appreciate you! I know walk in appointments are not always possible so I don't want to leave someone with that expectation. It happened to work out in our case and I did call ahead and confirm availability for the set of tires we needed. Great team and quality tires definitely worth it! read more

Haven't been to a Discount Tire in a while since I have been going to Costco for most of my tire needs. They matched and even beat Costco's pricing on tires and installed my new tpms sensors no problem. The install was quick and they torqued the lugnuts to specs. Can't ask for anything more, excellent! read more

The service at this location has been nothing short of amazing in my two visits. Cooper at the front desk is friendly, conversational, and helpful. Got my tire patched here free of charge, in and out in an hour with a 12pm Saturday appointment. Unfortunately my customer valves stem cap was missing and I didn't notice for a few days. Thankfully, discount tire was able to reimburse me for the same caps with proof of purchase. 10/10 experience, would recommend to friends and visit again for tire needs. read more

Discount tire has always been fair, and efficient. Always has someone available to check tire pressure. Prices aren't bad and they try to get you in and out fast. Flat repairs made easy. I will be buying new tires there when needed. read more

Overall: Absolutely dependable at a fair price! Location: It's nearby a lot of shopping areas - even a Target across the street. Service: Cooper, I believe he's the assistant manager, is absolutely amazing! I went in for a tire rotation and told him about my experience at the Discount Tires at Gresham, he assured me that the team here are all professionals and that my vehicle would be done on time. Sure enough, they met that promise and got me on my way within the promised hour. read more

Incredible service and handling of new tires for my wife's truck. I have given up on Les Schwab after several loyal years of patronage as they are simply not friendly, and they constantly try to upsell you on other services, which used to not be allowed. What has changed? Oh yeah...it really isn't Les Schwab anymore. This time we visited Discount Tires, and the gentleman came trotting out to the car to take care of us. (Les used to do that). Cooper was excellent. The tires were an upgrade and the added windshield wiper was necessary. The install took an hour, as he stated beforehand, and even walked us to the door and thanked us for coming in. I know where I will buy tires now, and I will tell many of this experience. read more

We've been using these guys across the country. We've purchased tires for our fifth wheel, Ram 3500 dually and 99 suburban. Their service is great. Always quick courteous and helpful. Ready to find a solution when needed. read more

Same consistent great customer service as the other discount tires I have been to. Was in and out in less than half an hour. Thanks for all the great work. Tip: Make sure to book an appointment. You can easily go to their website and schedule it. read more

The management here really have a great team. They have a whatever it takes attitude to ensure the customer is happy. Even the high level if professionalism when dealing with a rude customer. That customer always seems to have lost his attitude when said and done. I highly reccomend this Discount tire location or any of then I've been to in Oregon or Asheville, Nc. read more

I had brand new tires and somehow got a piece of pliers stuck in my tire pushed into the tread. Luckily it didn't puncture through. They found a matching tire. Sold me only what I needed and was able to get it in same day. They were reasonably priced and I can't tell you how great full I am to have them. I will be buying new wheels and tires here soon. read more

We always have good experiences with Discount Tire and had a great experience this time too. Price was great and customer service great. Happy with our tire purchase and experience. We had wanted snow rated Toyos that were unknown on production date and we went with these snow rated Falken Wildpeaks and they look similar to the Toyos we wanted and used to have but they were a little cheaper and actually able to get. We appreciate the staff always helping guide us in other options and choices. read more

Amazing service! Worked with me when I needed it most! Dallas was awesome help today. I choice this location to burn sometime to get away from traffic. Thank you gentlemen. read more

Incompetent young kids work here and have no clue how to do their jobs. I have had nothing but trouble from this store with my vehicles tire balancing. My last visit to this place was in September and had new tires installed. I did not know how bad the balance was until I drove high speed the following day. I ended up taking it to another DT store and they found the balance was off by over 1.5 ounces! I had a deadline to meet and could not stop to fix this sooner and drove 180 miles with my tires badly balanced. Now my car's steering is loose and creaking in my struts has started. I feel Discount Tire owes me for repairs to my vehicles. Do not get your work done here. If you do, make them triple check their work. read more

I recently made an appointment at this Discount Tire store after experiencing a flat tire. After a very short time in the large, comfortable waiting area, Bailey greeted me. He looked at my tire and said it could probably be repaired (free of charge). However, a thorough tire inspection revealed internal damage. He sold me a new tire for a very reasonable price and had it installed within a few minutes. He checked my other tires and found they were still in good shape and didn't need rotating. Service here was prompt, the charges reasonable and the service superb. read more

Always a good customer experience every time I stop by, and I can have peace in mind that the job is always done right! Thanks again to Cameron for getting my tire light off my dash and the new wheels and tires! read more

It's been 5 years since I went to this location and I must say amazing service. I showed up an hour before close with no appt. I had ordered wheels with them online. They stayed open an hour late to help install the wheel on my truck. Great guys. Two front desk young men are awesome. Thanks so much! read more

This place will always be my go to for tires and simple maintenance. Excellent deals all year. Outstanding customer service. Easy to get a hold of via phone and promptly responsive via email. Maybe it is common practice but I am still so grateful that they will inspect, rotate, and inflate your tires even if you purchased your tires elsewhere. Ample parking. Reasonable waiting times with progress updates you can track on your phone. I don't plan on getting tires or tire service anywhere else but here. read more

I got all new tires two years ago, and had to return to the store three times in order for my car to feel balanced properly. In just two years time, my car was shaking again, so I returned for another check. They told me that nothing seemed wrong. I told them that I hadn't experienced this issue with my car prior to them installing my tires the last time. Even after setting up an appointment, I waited 2 hours for them to then tell me that they had fixed it. It STILL wasn't fixed. I had to return two more times with appointments each time, yet still having to wait 2 hours again each time. The issue was never fixed. The tires were guaranteed for 80,000 miles, yet only lasted 2 years. I will not EVER be returning to Discount Tires, and when asked, will steer others clear of them as well. I ended up getting all new tires this summer from my dealership, and my car is now driving as it should. read more

Came for a rotation...we called for appt...have to be there early they said. So we were. Half an hour for the service we are told. Ok....we will do it on the way out of town. Get there. And your appt time that you arrive early for....means nothing. And they want an hour to do the service. An hour. So here we sit...waiting. The service here is always like...oh you can go somewhere else if you want. They are jerks when you use the warranty. Now this. I'm calling 503 Tires for our next set. He comes to me....and he doesn't argue about service. I nearly called him today...but we bought the tires here and the "service" is free. I guess I got what I paid for. Next time...if you ask me to be EARLY at least be on time to take my car in. My appt was 1:30. I'm sitting here at 2:15 so I go in. They explain that appointments and making me wait 45 min after my appt and making me be here EARLY to wait works best for them. I explain my hair stylist books me at 1:30, I'm in her chair at 1:30. Same w my doctor. I am online w her at the appt time. He explained this is not a doctor or a stylist it is tire rotation....which takes time. Wow. Elevating our service much? So its harder to rotate tires than to do medical care. Sigh. Whyyyyy did I buy tires here? When I explained if they know there is an hour wait, let me check in on the phone and show at 2 not 1:30. It is wasted time.. But again...the same line about how this is what they do. I explained I don't get tires here anymore due to their less than stellar service ...and attitude. He said that was fine. Never again. read more

went for my boyfriend due to low front passenger tire and they took it in and when they called they explained it wasn't repairable then they asked if I wanted the spare or just to put it back on I had asked them to put it back on but then they called my boyfriend since his name and number was on the account and he said the same but when I got there to pick it up they put the spare but they took off the front driver side tire which was perfectly fine and only gave back my rim with no tire on it and my front passenger side is still low on air read more

Here for a 2:30 appointment for rotation and balance but checked in around 2:10. Random customer walks in for his 4:00 appointment at 2:30 and is pissed because he has to wait. Then his vehicle rolls into the bay and my truck still in the lot by 2:45. Yes, I know I'm only there for a rotation but I buy a ton of wheels and tires from Discount. Their response? They were just trying to make everyone happy. Well, your manager won't be happy you just cost them a loyal customer. Why schedule an appointment if you can't honor it? read more

Great phone call to ask about their ability to help me with removing my lock lug nuts, for which I had lost the key. The guy was very courteous and suggested I come in so he ccould have a look at options. Fellow I met with thiss morning was clear, concise and kind. Got right on my options and laid them out for me. Price to remove lug nut locks and replace with new lug nuts was very fair. Done in 25 minutes, even though the shop was quite busy. I will be back for other services! Steve S. read more

10/10 recommend!!! This was my first time at this location, and now I'll never go anywhere else!! Customer Service was fantastic!! I believe their name was Bailey... apologies if I'm incorrect, but they were fantastic!!! Answered my crazy questions, I didn't feel judged, or belittled. I've experienced that at another big named tire store in this area.... I was also expecting a long wait, but before I knew it the car was done!!! They gave fantastic advice, beyond excellent service, and fantastic product!! read more

This was my first time purchasing with Discount Tires. I ordered online & scheduled my appointment. I was called the next day by Discount Tires for confirmation, and to make sure I didn't have any questions, I showed up to my appointment and was greeted by Alex, who took great care of me and answered any more questions I had. Total time spent from showing up to leaving took less than 1 hour. Overall great experience! I plan on returning next time I need tires. Thank you, Alex and the team in back! read more

Absolutely outrageously crappy service. My car sat in their parking lot for nearly 2 weeks waiting for tires that never came. I was promised that they would arrive on four different occasions, and after the fourth and final date slipped by, I was told by one of their customer service representatives that the "tracking information" for the tires can and does change all the time- and gave me another example of a customer who had been screwed this way also. I'm not sure if that was supposed to address my concerns or what? Either way it would've been nice to know that about 4 estimated arrivals ago. Not much of a tracking system if it can't actually track anything. I guess I can understand that they can't control how they were shipped, but they are in fact responsible for the four separate BS stories they told me about it, not to mention the two wasted weeks. There are far too many tire places around to put up with this kind of nonsense. Update: when I finally got my car back with the new tires installed, one of them was losing air, prompting my car to tell me to pull over after the tire lost almost half its air pressure. Pressed it back up, it bled down again. Took it back in and Cooper - a real shining star there - took care of everything and got it fixed. A couple more Coopers would straighten that place right out. read more

I took my vehicle in for new tires. I purchased the tires from Tire Rack and had them shipped to the store. They did an mazing job on the install! I was greeted at the door by friendly staff. I was assisted in a timely manner. I was handed the keys to be on my way by true professionals. I have moved all of my tire needs from Les Schwab to Discount Tire because of the customer service. PS While I was waiting for my install to be completed, a man came in and wanted to know rates on switching from winter tires to summer tires. The representative John T. informed the customer the rates. The customer was not happy with the rates and wanted to be removed from their database. Then he asked for the managers name. John T handled an irate and ignorant customer with class and professionalism. read more
