The wheels on a used BMW that I had just purchased were showing some curb rash and chipping paint. I found Wheel Magik online and noted the great reviews, so called James (owner) and set it up that he would pick up my wheels and get them refinished. That went pretty well and they turned out good, but the paint started coming off in a few weeks. I sent him some pics and he said he would fix them. Then I tried to get him to follow through. After setting times to drop them off multiple times and having him cancel, he then told me he had never had a problem like that and wouldn't fix them. What a disappointment James turned out to be. Totally wouldn't stand behind his work. Now I have to find someone else. I should post a zero review, but I can't figure out how to do that. What a waste of time and money. Also note that his shop is way up in the hills out of Gaston, so quite a drive when I first picked them up. read more

James did an amazing job on my wheels! I had 2 wheels that had some curb rash and 1 that had the paint and clear coat peeling. The two that had the rash weren't that hard of a repair. But the one with the peeling paint was the one that need special attention. James hand sanded it down to remove the old paint so that the new paint would stick. The end result was awesome they look brand new! James has great customer and puts in the extra effort to do a quality job. Definitely recommend! read more

Bought some new wheels in seattle and had some curb rash. Was calling every wheel repair shop around the area and were charging me 150+ just for one wheel. Then i found James on maps. threw him a message and asked how much to fix my wheels and sent him pictures. Responded fast and give me a final price. 65 bucks! I thought it was to good but i gave him the wheels and was able to fix it up quickly and with amazing results.
