They did have our car in their shop for an extended time, reportedly due to trim part unavailability (well over 30 days). Bit hard to believe, but possible. Once picked up and back in the garage, we noted that the Entire car had considerable paint contamination due to overspray. Luckly, I have the tools and ability to remove the overspray, which required about 5 hours of paint correction, polishing, and resealing the paint. A pro detailer would have charged over $300 for this same work. So, in conclusion; good repair work, less than good attention to detail, regarding the condition of the car as it was returned.

They kept me abreast of the communication with my insurance and the progress on my car. Unfortunately my insurance was not easy to deal with but Springer held their ground and advised them that specific parts weren't damaged in removal but broke from age. After presenting the facts, my insurance consented and have since changed their policy. After fixing the car, the touch screen would not work but Springer went above and beyond trying to figure out the problem. The dealer stated that this issue was common and was not the fault of the body shop. When i picked up the car, the work done was incredible. You could never tell that a curb had jumped out of nowhere and hit my fender. They even removed some yellow paint i had driven thru previously. Shop seemed like they were working through a lot of vehicles which was promising, and the staff was friendly. However the two people in the office disagreed over part availability and lead time, pushing my appointment back a week. I was supposed to get a call back the following week to confirm the parts availability. I never received a call and followed up via phone several times and left voicemails.
