She was very attentive and patient as I tried and retried different pairs of glasses. Because she was paying attention during our chat, she remembered everything and found the PERFECT pair of glasses. I actually bought two pairs because I needed glasses for just computer work. I was notified when they were ready and made an appointment to come in and check them out. Again, she spent time with me to perfectly adjust each pair. I couldn't be happier with these glasses. The lenses are of a much higher quality than what you'd get at Lenscrafters, and it's really noticeable in the clarity of the glass. I tend to be a little rough on my glasses, but they have been perfectly fine, and extremely comfortable. The prices are a little bit higher, but with the attention to detail and the overall quality of the glasses is sooo worth it! You get what you paid for. I will gladly return for my next pair!

The other optician didn't make the lenses correctly and didn't fit them in my existing frames correctly. Voorthuis checked them out for me, suggested what had to be done with the lenses and pointed out that the problem with the frames was a frequent issue with the line when it first came out. They got in touch with the manufacturer to get a warranty replacement for me. I then used their feedback to get the other optician to fix the lenses.
