I would rate a zero star but the program will not let you. I returned 2 pair of glasses because the wrong prescription was used. I get emails about measuring my eyes in the frames etc. I said how can I do that when you have my glasses. After iglasses not understanding what I wanted it was a nightmare. I emailed and said just send my glasses back and never mind fixing them. I will do that some place where I live. Now it is total crickets.....they wont return my glasses {that I paid for already} and will not respond to emails or the chat option on their main page. I go to Contact by phone and the program boots me out. What do I do now???? Get a lawyer? Call vancouver police or the Better business bureau? I am pissed !!!!!

A friend of mine recommended iGlasses in Four Corners when I said I had had a bad experience somewhere else, but really needed an appointment to update my prescription. It was a great experience from start to finish. I literally get stopped on the street and people ask me about my new glasses! Complete strangers compliment them -- How amazing is that. I recently scratched my new lens and was devastated. I called Colleen to find out what a replacement right lens would cost me. She said she would call my insurance and get me the lowest price possible for the replacement and she was able to get the new lens for free through the insurance!! (That is AMAZING service - since I am basically unable to walk without them). David was even able to cut the new lens in shop so I had them the next morning. You guys rock! Below is my original review of iGlasses (and it was a ROTD) and all of it holds true still. First, Getting there. Super easy to find. Parking in the front can be a bit "hairy" but there is additional parking in the back and since they are located right by the cut through from the back. No issues (or excuses for not finding a spot). PRO TIP: Fill out all your medical paperwork online before your appointment. In case you run a few minutes late, you will still be able to keep your appointment since all the paperwork is done. The form is really easy to fill out and it is right on their website. You can also book your appointment right online (including Saturday appointments!) Second, Dr. Kellner is incredible. I have some issues with eye contact and staying focused. He made jokes to help me relax and was incredible patient with me. He really took care of everything. Also they use a new system to test for glaucoma that doesn't require the drops to dilate your eyes. Third, great selection of frames in a variety of price points. Since my prescription change this visit, I decided to use my insurance (and they take most of them) to buy a pair of "fashion forward" frames that are more fun than my black work glasses. I told Heidy what I was looking for and she pulled about 12 frames to get me started and when I didn't like any of them, she pulled even more - including a few pairs that were in the back in inventory, but not on the floor. I absolutely love my new frames! Depending on your insurance and the prescription, they may might be able to make your lenses in house so you might only need to wait a few days to pick up your new glasses. I can't say enough great things about iGlasses!

Lied about what my benefits actually were and cost me an extra $700+. Yes, they have a disclosure…read moresaying that they can't control what the insurance companies do, but waiting until after the return period is shady. I would be more than happy to return the glasses but the hassle free return end after 30 days and the bill came in today. I checked my insurance website and they were told back in November that they wouldn't cover the whole thing. So they could have told me back then instead of waiting till after the return period. Don't pay until after you get confirmation from your insurance company. Call them yourself. Don't let MyEyeDr tell you it's covered.

Just a quick review. Heads up for people. The one yelp photo's a bit inaccurate and they've moved 1…read moredoor down in the same plaza. First off: I love they have more space but now having gone twice i've noticed they seem 1-2 people short of being fully staffed. The glasses tech that was helping me was simultaneously helping another person and a couple other people seemed to be doing 2 or 3 different things at the same time. This can lead to some longer waits, but not too bad. Second: They had me in the system as showing up for new contacts, even though i'd ticked the "I wear glasses and contacts" button online. This one was solely for a new, maybe back-up pair of glasses. My dr. (Judith) seemed a bit confused that I didn't want that, since I really only wear contacts when at the beach, and had to change that on my chart. She also was very perturbed that, since my last visit, I hadn't followed up with a recommended glaucoma doc because of my "large optic nerves" and family history (a grandparent). She kind of scolded me for it, and to be frank, that seemed a bit unnecessary. Why? well, life got busy last year after my last visit in various ways. And, i'd been told there could be quite the wait with that doc. Also, every other eye doc i've seen has said to just "monitor it" however possible. Lastly, I think it's pretty normal to forget to follow up with a recommended specialist, especially when my vision is fine.

I was called by someone letting me know that they didn't receive my paperwork, then when I let them know I filled it out right after I booked the appointment, they checked & saw it, then they asked me my birthday, which was in the paperwork... Anyway, I told them I looked up the doctors that they offer but when I went to book my appointment, it didn't say who would see me so would I just receive whoever is available. The person told me that there is only one doctor and they'll see me when I come. The next call I received was to ask what insurance I was using, which again, was in the paperwork I filled out... I asked them was there anything else needed from me because I keep getting calls about this one appointment. This would have been my first appointment but I'm not going to use them as a provider. I received a voicemail the morning of my appointment (today) letting me know that I would need to reschedule because the doctor won't be there today. Mind you, I made the appointment last week and have been receiving all of these texts and calls since then... Very unprofessional.

One improvement I'd suggest is handling insurance checks and paperwork prior to the appointment, as this seemed to be the biggest delay and really set my schedule back. Also, please be aware that the streets around the office are currently undergoing significant construction, which added about 15 minutes to my commute due to blocked roads. I'd recommend giving yourself extra time to account for this if you have an upcoming appointment. That said, the staff were all very friendly and professional, which helped balance out the waiting frustrations. I was seen by Dr. Patel, who provided an exceptionally thorough eye exam and gave me helpful recommendations for my eye care moving forward. Overall, while the wait time and construction were drawbacks, the friendly staff and quality care give me hope that next year's visit will be smoother and more efficient!
