I was looking for a specific lens brand, ZEISS, to fill my new eyewear prescription. I called and was a bit surprised to hear "Thanks for calling My Eye Doctor!". I was placed on hold again for several minutes, after having to repeat and spell ZEISS. She had never heard of that brand. After my second wait, I was told that they do not use ZEISS. I guess I'll go elsewhere.
