I was placed on hold again for several minutes, after having to repeat and spell ZEISS. She had never heard of that brand. After my second wait, I was told that they do not use ZEISS. He provides bespoke service for his customers/patients/clients and is like an old school doctor, there when you need him and tailoring his services to meet the needs of his patients. He takes his time and never rushes through an appointment. And in addition to his top-notch optical care, he is also very relatable, dispensing sage advice and with a caring manner.
