The other optician didn't make the lenses correctly and didn't fit them in my existing frames correctly. Voorthuis checked them out for me, suggested what had to be done with the lenses and pointed out that the problem with the frames was a frequent issue with the line when it first came out. They got in touch with the manufacturer to get a warranty replacement for me. I then used their feedback to get the other optician to fix the lenses. I had seen LensCrafters on my way down Rockville Pike, on Rose Avenue. It is a brand new store and I decided to give them a try. As, soon as I walked in Ifty asked me if he could help me? I showed him my damaged glasses and he offered to repair them. I should mention that I had previously bought my glasses from another LensCrafter's. I browsed around and was impressed by the selection of glasses and lots of staff members available to help customers. LensCrafter's has really redesigned their stores to be plush and comfortable. Six minutes later, Ifty brought me my glasses all fixed and looking good. I promised to come back after my next eye doctor appointment and get my new glasses there.
