When my son broke this and asked a staff to fix, he said ＂no worries" and fixed quickly with no charge several times. So we decided to buy glasses here when my son needed to replace glasses. There are various kinds of glasses not only for adults but for children. They took enough time to adjust size and chose flames based on my son's preference. At last, he could pick the best one. They said it would be able to be picked up within 5 days. 5 days after, we could pick it up on time. We really rely on their business.

He called ahead and the woman said that they could help him, no appointment. The man that was working the store didn't know if they could get new frames and didn't explain why it wasn't possible. He also didn't offer any solutions to finding new frames or getting new glasses, except to maybe try EBay... What a weird experience. The first time we tried to shop here, we walked in and there was no one inside. No workers at all so after about 5 minutes we left. Would recommend a different glasses place, they just don't care here.

Few years back, I was recommended by my optometrist to get progressive lenses which at that time I resisted the idea , due to other people's bad experience. I was told that some never adjust to it , and  they may feel dizzy and nauseas or there may be some distortion of their vision. This year again, I was recommended to wear progressive lenses. I was referred by several friends to Glick opticians and I decided to give it a try. The staff were so friendly and professional and  went above and beyond to make sure I find the best pair of glasses. I'm so happy with my progressives and I've noticed none of the negative points that I had heard in the past because of the amazing job and precision of Mr. Glick and Eddy. I would definitely come back! **I would give more than 5 stars if I could**

We spent a good while chatting as she wanted to know my lifestyle. I asked her to bring me some samples of frames that she thought would work for me. She was very attentive and patient as I tried and retried different pairs of glasses. Because she was paying attention during our chat, she remembered everything and found the PERFECT pair of glasses. I actually bought two pairs because I needed glasses for just computer work. I was notified when they were ready and made an appointment to come in and check them out. Again, she spent time with me to perfectly adjust each pair. I couldn't be happier with these glasses. The lenses are of a much higher quality than what you'd get at Lenscrafters, and it's really noticeable in the clarity of the glass. I tend to be a little rough on my glasses, but they have been perfectly fine, and extremely comfortable. The prices are a little bit higher, but with the attention to detail and the overall quality of the glasses is sooo worth it! You get what you paid for. I will gladly return for my next pair!
