They take meticulous care in ensuring that the lenses are made correctly, and if not, send them back for replacement. Scott and Anita are friendly and attentive, and offer frame suggestions if requested, as happened to me recently. They both take as much time as is needed to adjust the glasses and provide care advice, cleaning solution, and soft wiping cloths. They also will do adjustments as needed and replace missing parts such as nose pads at no charge. No they aren't as cheap as Costco and other "mass public" opticians, but the quality they offer for the price is well worth it -- in terms of well-made products and excellent service.

I knew before I arrived that my insurance would only cover frames purchased at one of their (For Eyes) franchises in Washington DC, but the gentleman was happy to give me detailed recommendations for other branches, & even which staff to speak to. He even placed call for me, answered all my questions, & let me try on frames.
