If they could do that, that's what I would get. I was told General tso tofu was available, even though it wasn't on the menu. I was told they would reduce spice level on mapo tofu, so that's what I ordered. A server brought out a hot bowl and something that she poured into the hot bowl, put a cover on. I was told not to remove the cover for 5 minutes. She brought a 5 minute timer, and flipped it over. My friend and I were confused at first. It looked like milk that was poured into the bowl. At the end of 5 minutes, the server came back over and removed lid. You could see the tofu becoming more solid. She added in the mushroom mixture.
