We tried the garlic knots, Bianca pie and and the NYPD club. The club pizza is delicious. The Bianca pie was very dry. I've had pizzas without a sauce base from a number of places and this was the only time I've said it was dry. The flavor wasn't bad though. The garlic knots were dry as well. A dry, flavorless piece of bread. I may give them another shot next time I'm in Navarre but first impression I could've gone elsewhere. read more

Last time we ate here was during the day, not crowded and pretty good. This time it was night so it was busy and seemed short handed. Salad was a little sad, cheese steak was a good portion but too salty. The waitress was very kind and amicable, if stretched a bit thin. After a long day of travel my kids wanted pizza and I wanted easy so what did I do? Go to Yelp to find an amazing pizza place nearby. This spot did not disappoint! I ordered online as the phone number listed on Yelp wasn't correct so I went to their website and was able to order that way. I was a little disappointed that the pizza I was really interested in for myself wasn't available but oh well. I ordered some garlic knots, half deluxe half meats as well as a Greek pie. Can't do without the sauces so I made sure to order some garlic butter and some tzatziki sauce. Online it was showing like it could be 75 minutes until my order was ready but we went ahead and left just in case it didn't take that long. It was a short 15 minute drive and we waited just a few more minutes and I got a notification that my order was ready. The inside of the Resturant is such a cool place! You can watch them tossing the pizza dough right in front. There are several tables and high tops to sit at. It was full when I went in and was quite loud so I was glad I did carry out. I got my pizzas and was on my way back in a matter of minutes. The pizzas were amazing. The garlic knots? Wow. I don't know if it was from the long travel day or if they were really that amazing but I'd definitely get those every time! It was like a cinnamon roll without the cinnamon and slathered in garlic butter and Parmesan salty goodness! So so good! Highly recommend the garlic butter dipping sauce also. Probably the best I've had. Overall a really great experience for our first meal at Navarre beach! If pizza isn't your thing they also offer several salads, calzones, stroms, pastas and sides that I'm sure are equally as good! read more

Place is super cute. Staff looked friendly! Waitress was fantastic but the fly problem is disgusting. Couldn't eat the pizza there because of how many times my date and I had to swat flies. First time ordering from here. During the quarantine of 2020. Drove from Gulf Breeze for the food. The mrs. wanted a margarita pie and they have them. She said it was the best margarita pizza she has every had (14"). I got the deluxe (10") with extra sausage and extra onion... I think next time I'll ask for quadruple sausage & onion. TLDR: wait times are increasing and pizza quality is decreasing, especially after the transition to depot/district. We have frequently eaten/ordered take-out/delivery from NYPD over the last two years. We were really hoping that the opening of the district would improve the speed of delivery from NYPD. We completely understand waiting an hour or so on busy nights for pizza... but when the restaurants sole purpose is now only delivery and it now takes over an hour and a half for pizza that arrives to the house stone cold and you only live two blocks from the store? Things need to change! Not worth driving down to the new location for pick up when their estimated time for pick up isn't accurate either. We will no longer be patronizing NYPD. read more

One of my favorite pizza joints. Always hits the spot. My go to pizza is usually the meat lovers. I like that the meats are not chunky. Toppings are always plentiful and they never short you on the cheese which is a biggie for me. Tonight I also was in the mood for the a white sauce pizza and went for the Bianca, added chicken and bacon. It's a ricotta base which is not really my thing but overall satisfying. Next time I will try the Alfredo specialty pizza. Oh and I love the new location which has a spacious dine in. If you're looking to do takeout you're better off picking it up yourself as they stay busy and delivery time can be 1.5-2 hours. read more

We have been here many times. In fact i started going here when they were in their old location. Well today was just a bad experience. I The hostess was so rude it made me angry every time she walked past me. She did not smile at us and greet us when we walked in. I told here there were 3 of us. She got the menus and silverware and walked to a table very quickly and put them down without looking at us. My granddaughter was at the table my daughter and i were not there yet. She walked away without a word. I thought maybe it was just the way she was but i watched her her smile and speak to others. I promise is looks could kill we would have been gone. There are only 2 reasons she could have acted that way to us. Hopefully i am wrong but it was really bad. The good was great as always and out waitress was great but it only takes 1 person to ruin your visit. If i visit again and she is the hostess i will turn right back around. Very disappointing! Called to ask about specials and was told the 2 for $22 was available dine in or carry out. Get dressed go in, sit down to be told it's carry out only. Ok so we will place a to go order. Go to register...can we get the 2 for $22. Ok you want the $24.95 family pack? NO WE WANT THE 2 for $22. Ok your total is $29.95 UH?? But the advertised deal is 2 for $22. Oh well the prices in our computer are correct. Our prices went up! After being told we could dine, the waitress telling us the 2 for $22 was the special and the chick at the register...no one here has a clue. Manger was two busy to even care. Extremely poor customer service! And manger could careless and is part of the problem!! We should have made the drive to Pensacola to go to Sky's pizza!! We ordered delivery tonight after a hectic day. I was chasing my toddler around and was surprised to hear the door bell ring so quickly after I placed our online order and BOOM our dinner was here! Even with the rain outside that took no time at all. I was trying to keep my daughter from bolting out the door and the man delivering the pizza was so kind and helpful. We are new to the area and were looking for a new pizza place. We came across NYPD and haven't looked back (or looked any farther for pizza). Garlic knots are hot and buttery. The wings are done to perfection every time. The pizza always has just the right amount of "crunch" to the crust. The marinara has a warm, red wine note to it. The only reason NYPD doesn't get 5 stars is because I'm saving my 5 star review for, well I'm not sure, but I'll know it when I eat it! But eat at NYPD, it's consistently good and the staff is friendly. read more

Giving 3 starts but food was a 10 very tasty. Staff is young and some look to be in training still but very friendly over all. Decided to try this place we went during lunch in Dec 2020. Our server wore a mask but as I looked around while eating noticed some of the staff didn't hence the 3 Stars. Food was amazing loved the garlic knots and the Marinara sauce we were told along with the breads it was made in house wasn't sweet nor acid tasting like most marinara sauces. Pizza is descent but I've always found it to be a hassle every time I visit Navarre, always some basic customer service fumble. This time they moved and didn't bother telling anyone who called in for pick up that they moved and they didn't bother changing their address on Google maps or Yelp. They just scrawled a sign on the door at the old location. So when I got there, there were literally four other families either picking up for wanting to dine in that went to the old address. When I called them again, they said they were still "working out the kinks" at the new location. Basically sounded like it was my problem, not his. Dude, you're a pizza joint in a tourist town. Half the people you serve don't know where you are and look you up online. your address is literally the one thing you have to get right. Pizza is okay, though.
