HOW he does this with talking in Italian with guests at the bar and not watching the dough is an art. The 3 TV screens near our bar top tables play Andrea Bocelli videos as we were greeted warmly by Lisa our server and Sunny the owner. The appetizer: A must .3 meatballs served in a flavorful sauce .It is all about the sauce and they definitely got it right with Italian tomatoes from Italy and enough to dip our homemade Italian bread. So good we couldn't stop. Our Florentine pizza was equally exquisite .With spinach ,garlic ,tomato sauce and mozzarella. This was a perfect blend of flavors served hot and steamy . The owner even told us to wait 45 seconds so as to not burn our mouth since it came from a 700 degree oven. Would absolutely return every time came back to this area for the spectacular service and atmosphere. Great service. The owner is so friendly and welcoming. Feels like he's known you for a long time. Clean restaurant and bathrooms. The food is great! There were 4 of us-- we split a large house salad, meatballs, bruschetta, garlic bread, and the carbonara. The garlic is SO garlicky and delicious. The portions were good, the salad was huge. Everyone was satisfied. I wish I had grabbed photos of everything, but we immediately dived into the food. The owner was attentive to the children and ensured we had a great dining experience. I have been looking for a great pizza closer to home. I just found it. I stopped in for lunch when visiting a store in Mary Ester. I haven't had great luck with pizza joints here in the panhandle. This is an exception Ordered the meat lovers pizza and when it came out it had the best, brick oven crust cooked to perfection. This pizza gave me flashbacks of some of the great St Louis pizza joints. Great little facility and right off 98. Wish it was a little closer to Gulf Breeze but worth the drive either way. read more

The pizza was okay. Not the best but not the worst. We ordered a half supreme/half pepperoni and they didn't divide it very well, there was 2.25 pieces with pepperoni. This wasn't worth the $25 in our opinion. I'd come back to try the pasta dishes, but not their pizza. read more

The pizza did not have additional Prosciutto and just lacked toppings in general. Was very disappointed. The calzone was warm and alright but just a lackluster experience overall. So, five stars on service and taste, the waiter was super friendly and attentive and everything tasted amazing; the restaurant interior is quite nice as well. The only minor issue would be that the pasta meal sizes are not consistent...went with a friend and we both ordered pasta, which was decently expensive, mine was huge and his only had six raviolis in it, which isn't really what I'd consider a meal. They are a pizza place though, so I'm sure the pizza is a five star experience. Overall it was great, I just think for the price you pay some of the pasta dishes should be much larger. read more

If I could give you a higher rating, I would. I had been looking for a restaurant in the area, that would remind me of pizza from my hometown: Naples, Italy. Said that, you understand that my expectations for a great pizza are very high. I am very picky, when it comes to details. I always found something wrong with the brick oven pizzas, that I tried, up to yesterday. Not anymore. This is the go to restaurant, for authentic Neapolitan pizza, made with fresh ingredients. Fausto, the pizzaiolo from Naples, told me what he uses to make it. I also, saw the can of san Marzano tomatoes. I was in heaven. Just like they make it in Napoli. 110% Recommended. 1st time this evening visiting LA Casa Bianca in Florida. The best hands down Woodfire pizza. Pizz, appitzers, Calzone, lobster ravioli with spinach sauce. A very small place but it packs a punch with flavor and offerings, especially being in Mary Esther! Authentic pizza made by a Pizzaiuolo from Naples, yes, he's the real deal! Burrata was fresh on a bed of greens with aged balsamic. A little too sweet for me so next time we'll ask for the vinegar on the side for dipping. We created our own pizza with half Italian meats. It was cooked to perfection and the meat quality was higher than we expected. We have never ordered the pasta but I've seen enough plates coming out of the kitchen to know the portions are a good size and it looks delicious. Now, keep in mind, this is not a fancy spot. You'll get bottled water, canned soda, etc. They have a few low-end decent wines on their menu, and we normally order a bottle and drink with our meal at the bar. They have beer too. But the food makes up for the lack of ambiance, and the prices are very reasonable considering the quality of the food they're serving. We visit Navarre once a year and I've never found a restaurant I love. Until now! La Casa Bianca is really, really good and the owner Sunny is a nice guy. They serve Neopolitan style pizza (cooked quickly in a high temperature wood oven, which results in a nice crispy crust and softer middle) and they do a great job. As good as any I've had in Chicago. All four of us approved of the meatballs with red gravy and we loved our carbonara. The egg yolk is already mixed up in the noodles when it arrives so don't be looking to break your own. Our friends liked their gemelli with sausage (a special that day). The cannoli shell was freshly filled and nice and crisp. Love it - go now! Update: the burrata is very tasty. We both ordered a soda to drink and all beverages are served in cans. We got some vibes that this place would not be that great The food was amazing. We had a wood fired pizza. The crust was equally chewy and crispy and the sausage was crumbly and hand made. Service was great. We ordered a tiramisu and key lime pie for dessert. This review gets two stars because I have tried to call to place an order for pickup and 3/3 of the times they have not answered. One of those times I drove to the restaurant, assuming maybe they were too busy to answer the phone, but when I arrived they were closed for the day despite their hours online stating they were open. I did however happen to be driving by one weekday and saw their parking lot had a few cars outside, so I decided to give it a shot. The AC inside was out so it was almost as hot inside as it was outside. The pizza turned out to taste ok, about a 7/10. Overall if they took care of their servicing issues regarding hours of operation matching what shows online, answering the phone when open and able, and making the inside environment comfortable enough to want to sit down, I'd consider trying again or perhaps even recommending it to others. Instead I'll go down the street to Da' Matteo where they don't have these issues. read more

La Casa Bianca is an absolute MUST-visit if you are in the area. The food will blow you out of this world as it is authentic Italian cuisine. The pizza chef (honestly, he is the BEST) is from Napoli and his skill and technique produce a product that you won't forget. All of the ingredients are super fresh and the pizza options are hand-tossed and cooked in a wood fire oven. It's truly an experience if you visit, as you can watch the whole process of your pizza item being made! I take my orders to-go, but love ordering in the restaurant, so I can watch the cooking process. I literally visit once a week! I discovered them the third week they opened, and the only get better every week. Not even exaggerating. My go-to order is the vegetariana pizza with sausage. (This defeats the purpose of ordering a vegetarian pizza, but I like it like this. The sausage is not too salty, but just right.) The pizza always has a generous amount of toppings on it and the sauce is very good. My favorite part is the crust, as it has this incredible bounce to it. I also always order the burratta. The burrata comes with some bread and focaccia. I highly recommend get this the burratta. I'm not a cheese fan, but this the perfect. The blend of the balsamic(?) glaze and the arugula with the burrata on top of the bread is a combination from heaven. LOL. They sometimes hold weekend specials and I like to try the new options along with these two items. The restaurant is absolutely lovely inside. There is a bar area, and nice dining areas suitable for small and big parties. They also mentioned that they are expanding the yard, which might be ready in the summer. I'm not exactly sure, but I am confident that it will be amazing. Something very special about this place is that the staff and the interior of this restaurant truly cultivate a welcoming and warm atmosphere. The service is memorable as the staff are all really friendly and treat you like family. (Special Shoutout to Mr. Sunny and the pizza chef.) I will mention that the pizza is on the pricier side in comparison to other pizza places, but it's because it is truly a whole other league of pizza. It's so much better! American style pizza and wood fire pizza are extremely different. I recommend going into this restaurant with an open mind if it's your first time trying Italian pizza. So I'm on vacation with 5 friends and we were looking for a Mexican restaurant. We got the impression from the name that this was a Mexican restaurant, but we should have looked at the review pictures! Anyhoo, we were seated pretty quickly and most of our drinks were bottled water because it was either that or canned soda. I picked the cauliflower pizza, but also ate some caprese. The waitress brought out dishes not all at once, but I'm assuming when they were made so some of us got our meals quicker than others. The caprese was tasty, especially on top of the bread provided (although there wasn't quite enough for the amount of caprese in my opinion). We were really surprised the spaghetti and meatball(s) only had one meatball.
