Since posting the last review, Stacy the GM personally reached out to me, took the situation seriously, reviewed what happened, sincerely apologized, and refunded both my meal and my friend's meal in full. She also let me know they will be re-educating staff on allergy procedures to help prevent this from happening again. Do you like cheese? Large pies that are generous on toppings. Small dining area and smaller parking downtown. 4 stars because it offers a completely different flavor profile than any other restaurant within 2 hours. The generous helping of cheese makes these so unique from other pizzas. waited 45 mins for my togo order and had multiple people say they were going to check on it and never responded and when the lady was taking my order she tried to over charge me and i had to point it out and then got the wrong food after they repeated my order back to me 3 times. read more

Excellent pizza in a small town restaurant. The restaurant has a nice dining area and the wait staff were very friendly and helpful. Drinks were refilled quickly and food came out quickly. We orders mozzarella cheese bread and a pizza with pepperoni, half green peppers and half sausage. The sausage was excellent and had that Italian taste that is sometimes missing in other restaurants. We have not had pizza in a long time. This was very good! The crust was cooked to perfection and the cheese pull was exactly what you would want. The root beer was flat and our very sweet server tried to make it right... but switched to water. Our server, Katie, was very attentive and professional. We stopped in to give a try while attending a competition in downtown Crestview the sign made everything look like an authentic itilian pizza joint, trust me they have along way to go. Our pizza was chewy and uncooked in addition to the ingredients not being prepared "well" like we asked . We did not ask for anything other than the check and expressed our concerns to the person assisting us, they must have said some to the possible owner a younger male towards the back door of building who never even came to speak to us just glared and shook his head. We stopped in to have lunch and were underwhelmed! I had the Italian sub - hot. It was okay; nothing special. My husband had the lunch special - an 8" 2-topping pizza and drink. He ordered double pepperoni. The pepperoni was under the cheese, so if you like yours crispy on top, be sure to ask for it that way! The service was prompt and courteous, the bathrooms were clean, and we appreciated that they didn't try to force us to wear masks!! Visiting from out of town and ordered their supreme and pepperoni pizzas for pick up. They told us it would be ready in 40 mins. This was around 5:30 on a week night. Went here yesterday and got Pizza and Stromboli. The pizza was extremely cheeeeeeesy and the Stromboli was full of flavor despite the smaller size compared to the ones I've had in the northeast. Was surprised by the variety and quality of the food. Don t let the name Pizza in the title fool ya. They have a wide range of food. We have had their pizza lunch buffet and sampled their many types of very cheesy flavorful pizzas. We returned during non buffet hours and ordered spaghetti w/meatballs and manicotti. Both were excellent. The servings were so large we took go boxes home. The downtown parking can be a pain, but the food is worth hunting for a parking place. read more
