Hideaway Pizza is an absolute legendary staple in Crestview for a reason. They've been holding it down for 48 years, open 6 days a week, and they are still hands down the undisputed king of cheese pulls around here. The food is always incredible, but the service makes it even better. Every time you go, make sure to ask for Rainey--the service is top-notch, welcoming, and makes you feel right at home. As for the food, you can't go wrong, but my absolute must-have: The Dessert: You absolutely cannot leave without getting the apple pie dessert pizza. read more

I will never get go there again. The pizza and wings were terrible and paid wayyyyy to much ($120) for two pizzas and some wings. Not worth it at all. I repeat I will never go there again read more

*This is an edit to my original review* I want to give credit where credit is due. Since posting the last review, Stacy the GM personally reached out to me, took the situation seriously, reviewed what happened, sincerely apologized, and refunded both my meal and my friend's meal in full. She also let me know they will be re-educating staff on allergy procedures to help prevent this from happening again. I still stand by how upsetting the original experience was, but I do appreciate that she took the time to listen and make things right afterward. read more

Do you like cheese? Large pies that are generous on toppings. Small dining area and smaller parking downtown. 4 stars because it offers a completely different flavor profile than any other restaurant within 2 hours. The generous helping of cheese makes these so unique from other pizzas. While not my personal favorite due to the size and dough, its a distinct signature that dares to offer something all their own. read more

Excellent pizza in a small town restaurant. The restaurant has a nice dining area and the wait staff were very friendly and helpful. Drinks were refilled quickly and food came out quickly. We orders mozzarella cheese bread and a pizza with pepperoni, half green peppers and half sausage. The sausage was excellent and had that Italian taste that is sometimes missing in other restaurants. The pizza was also super cheesy which made it great! Give this place a try! You will love it! read more

We have not had pizza in a long time. This was very good! The crust was cooked to perfection and the cheese pull was exactly what you would want. The root beer was flat and our very sweet server tried to make it right... but switched to water. Our server, Katie, was very attentive and professional. I look forward to trying other items on their menu. read more

Soooo good. Moved here from Vegas and my fiance and his family showed me this place. I had it one time 1.5 years ago and couldn't stop thinking about it - and finally had it again today- SO GOOD. Literally never had a pizza like this- so unique, so cheesy, dough cooked perfectly, sauce amount was perfect, and the flavors under the cheese marinate so well. read more

The best pizza I have ever had. I crave this place! I love the cheese, the toppings and the dough.

The service was friendly. Pizza was not good but the mozzarella cheese was a good touch. Too greasy

We always love eating at Hideaway. The pizza is always so good and the staff is always so nice and friendly. Love the pizza and our favorite is the Sunshine Aero- can't wait to go back. read more

As I'm new to the area, I asked colleagues if Hideaway Pizza was good. They all said no. So I gave this place a try for myself. They were right..... There's nothing special here! If you love cheese, this place is for you. We ordered a sausage and cheese pizza. The sausage was sparsely added under the cheese.... more like buried by the cheese..... Each slice broke as we took it out of the box... that's how much cheese was on the pizza. Not to mention 2 out of the 3 people who ate it ended up sick. Save your money!!!! read more

We stopped in to give a try while attending a competition in downtown Crestview the sign made everything look like an authentic itilian pizza joint, trust me they have along way to go. Our pizza was chewy and uncooked in addition to the ingredients not being prepared "well" like we asked . We did not ask for anything other than the check and expressed our concerns to the person assisting us, they must have said some to the possible owner a younger male towards the back door of building who never even came to speak to us just glared and shook his head. WOW trust me we wanted nothing for free sir however your treatment was horrible and the food below average Best of luck read more

The kindest waitress ever. The pizza was hot and fresh even during the buffet. If there is something you wanted, they will make it for you....just ask read more

We stopped in to have lunch and were underwhelmed! I had the Italian sub - hot. It was okay; nothing special. My husband had the lunch special - an 8" 2-topping pizza and drink. He ordered double pepperoni. The pepperoni was under the cheese, so if you like yours crispy on top, be sure to ask for it that way! The service was prompt and courteous, the bathrooms were clean, and we appreciated that they didn't try to force us to wear masks!! We live an hour or so away, so I doubt we'll ever eat here again! read more

Visiting from out of town and ordered their supreme and pepperoni pizzas for pick up. They told us it would be ready in 40 mins. This was around 5:30 on a week night. It was ready on time piping hot, took it home and fed 4 adults and 2 kids with some left overs. Everyone agreed it was good pizza and would order again. Not sure why the couple bad reviews. Greatest pizza I've ever ate, lots of cheese and sausage. Nice little restaurant staff is great.

Had a bit of time to kill before we went to the airport so we stopped in for a quick lunch. Service was fast and all food was good. I had an 8" pizza and others had half sandwich and a Stromboli. The Stromboli look amazing but I didn't try it. I really liked the Marinara sauce. read more

This place has the best Pizza. The crust is perfect. Cheese was a good buttery flavor. The staff was all friendly and fast. It's a great place for singles and large families. Went here yesterday and got Pizza and Stromboli. The pizza was extremely cheeeeeeesy and the Stromboli was full of flavor despite the smaller size compared to the ones I've had in the northeast. Was surprised by the variety and quality of the food. Don t let the name Pizza in the title fool ya. They have a wide range of food. We have had their pizza lunch buffet and sampled their many types of very cheesy flavorful pizzas. We returned during non buffet hours and ordered spaghetti w/meatballs and manicotti. Both were excellent. The servings were so large we took go boxes home. The downtown parking can be a pain, but the food is worth hunting for a parking place. read more

They have the best meatball sandwich I have ever eaten! Their home baked bread is to die for.

There is no place within 100 miles (or more) with better pizza than Hideaway! We always enjoy eating there, and we usually order enough that we have pizza to take home because it's great left over. We've even traveled 30+ minutes from our town to eat there on date night! read more
