I have never been a fan of Marcos pizza. With that said I visited Marco's today with a group from my church. I observes a man by the name Billy that was preparing pizza with his bare hands and NO GLOVES!!! I observed him walk from the register to begin preparing pizza and he handled the dough and pan without washing his hands or pulling on gloves. He then proceeded to top the pizza with ingredients that he shoved his unclean hands into I was appalled at the site. Now I know for sure I will never go there again. How discussing. read more

First off. The staff was all very nice. I ordered a large pizza half Deluxe and half White cheesy. A Greek salad and a soda for pick up. My order was ready when we picked up. The staff was fantastic. The pizza on the other hand was nasty. Dry. Hardly no toppings or taste It was very disappointing. We will be taking our business back to Hunt Brother's and Little Cesar's. read more

i ordered a friend a pizza from marco's on saturday. when i made it online it was about 17.00 with the tax kind of expensive for a two topping pizza. when it was delivered, he wrote on the tab before signing it, "no tip". still marco's charged my card $20.??. just because i am not there, doesn't mean they have the right to put there own tip on it. especially after being told no tip. i hope someone will take this to heart and quit supporting them. read more

My favorite pizza in the area! It's a little pricier than average, but the quality really reflects that. We have only ordered delivery, but do so fairly often. Food is always hot, delicious, and arrives much faster than anticipated. Salads are fresh and huge (with homemade croutons), sandwiches made with fresh bread, and quality pizza. Tried placing a carry out order over the phone. Employee sounded a little off or occupied talking to his coworkers and was hard to get a response from. I ordered a pizza and some wings and after payment had been taken it seemed the conversation was done yet he had not asked for name, address, or given me an est. delivery time. When I asked he said it would be 1 hour and 50 min which sounded crazy to me so I asked how long if I picked it up and he said 15 mind. I showed up and there was a delivery car outside and 2 employees sitting down talking and eating and two others behind the counter so I was a bit in shock as to why my pizza would take almost 2 hours to be delivered when it took 10 min to make and pick up. Their food is good but their service really needs to improve. Husband and I have ordered delivery 3 times and each time were disappointed. The first time we got pizza and it was good but an hour late. The second time they were on time but they got my salad order wrong. Minor but still wrong. And now this last time they didn't have the soda we ordered and again were over an hour late and the pizza was only on the cold side. We have given multiple chances to them and each time we weren't happy. Maybe we'll try again in a few months or so. read more

This was an awesome new pizza spot for us. The last time we had to call to get delivery and the mgr approved us in no time as we are only less than a block away from their maximum range. I called today to get a delivery and this mgr Adam was not so friendly as to keep repeating that I can only get delivery from them if they are not extremely busy. I in turn told him I was able to get our street approved last time as it was literally only 2 streets over, less than a block. He told me that it had to end at some point as they were already delivering way out away and if they kept adding a couple of streets to their range it would get crazy. I hope the owners read this! I canceled my order and will not do anymore business here. Hungry Howies never complains. Adam, if you here about this, then this is Angie and you really need to brush up on your people skills.
