Oh my goodness; what can I say?!?! Let me start by saying this style of pizza is not super popular in Northern California, the first time I tried it was a few months ago in Orlando at Pizzeria Uno. That was good, this is great! What was even greater than the pizza was the care and attention provided by the manager. I was greeted right away upon arrival and found my order ready and waiting, a few minutes before it was promised. Joshua (manager) took the time to share information with me about the pizza, the business, and what they're known for... the Ranch dressing, which was phenomenal! The storefront is takeaway only, no tables or booths, but as long as you take it home straightaway you're sure to enjoy a delicious meal! I will just mention that the manager is so committed to making sure his customers are happy, he called me to see how I liked the food. Joshua has a bright future ahead of him, I'm sure! Thank you, Joshua and Jet Pizza for an awesome first visit; I'll undoubtedly be back!

Best Detroit Style in P'cola...well the only Detroit Style in P'cola! It's hard to pick a fave style of pizza for me because sometimes I want NY style and sometimes I want Neapolitan...but it's hard to find Detroit style outside of Detroit...but when you do... Jet's makes their Detroit style pizza with the sauce under the cheese...but I do prefer the kind with the sauce on top. I won't say that Jet's isn't traditional Detroit because Jet's has definitely made an impact in Detroit and outside of Detroit...not many has done that! Jet's is Big Sean's fave pizza BTW for you music fans. Fun fact that usually only people from Detroit knows...Little Caesar's is also a known Detroit pizza...with cheese on the bottom...but they strayed from great ingredients many moons ago and it's super commercial...at least outside of Detroit. Detroit Style is a thick, square, pan pizza different than Sicilian. The dough is light making it very different than Chicago style (the worst style to me). The cheese goes all the way to the edge of the pan giving it a heavenly crunch...that brick cheese is out of this world! Again, I love the Detroit pizza with sauce on top...because you don't know when the dough ends and the cheese begins...but Jets does it with sauce on the bottom...nothing wrong with it, though! So, I'm not from the D! I'm just a foodie that loves knowing any food I fall in love with. So, I've had Jets in Tampa and was underwhelmed by that particular franchise location, but Pensacola Jets impressed me for sure. Honestly it's the workers for me. I walked in to pick up my pizza and it was a whole vibe and I don't even think they know it. I got the 8 corner pizza and was blown away. I didn't understand what made it an 8 corner pizza until I opened the box and realized that they use 2 pans instead of one big one...what does that mean?? It means you get those crispy cheese edges on EVERY square piece of pizza...pure heaven! Whenever I'm back in town from abroad...this is the new go-to pizza spot for me. Aloha

The pizza was hot. Good enough for whet it was. They accidentally dropped our pizza so it took hella long. I didn't like it. My 11 year old did. We got Detroit style so I didn't like the crust. I wouldn't go back but they have all kinds of different crusts

What the fuck is this....... .. 50.00........

Best pizza. ... except for today. Burnt as fuck. Not edible. Cold. SMH. Go train in detroit.

Today I tried Jet's Pizza for the first time! It was amazing! Love Detroit style pizza! The service was awesome! I even was recommended to try their ranch dressing with the pizza and it was probably some of the best ranch I've ever tasted!! Huge thumbs up for a great experience!

I made it my mission to order from Jet's Pizza on their opening day. I've come to learn that this establishment also has a cult-like following. After ordering online, picking it up & racing like a maniac (just teasing Geico!) to get back home......I'm in LOVE! I ordered a large Detroit Style Deep Dish pizza. I split this with my bff who is a pizza connoisseur! I also decided to pick up a liter of Mug Root Beer and I asked for (and received!) two containers of their yummy tomato dipping sauce and I was also given ranch dipping sauce and they informed me that it's homemade ranch. I'll be completely honest when I say I could have practically drank a glass of this ranch! Oh - and I'm still trying to figure out how this style of pizza could be moist yet the perfect amount of crunchy-ness around the edges! I loved this pizza so much that (and I'm a little embarrassed to admit this), I didn't share any crunchy crusts with my yorkie. She usually is given one piece of crust.........usually! This heaven sent pizza apparently brought out my selfish side that I did not know existed! Well, she's next to me on my bed as I type this review so she must have forgiven me! I'm directly off of Scenic Hwy/Olive, which makes me happy that they're not that far from me! I will always always always post a true and honest review. Oh! One more thing - the staff that I interacted with - they were incredibly sweet & patient! Lastly, I wanted to make sure that everyone knows that there is plenty of parking right upfront. So I truly hope that everyone gives Jet's Pizza a try!

Let me tell you, our pizza from East Hill was excellent! Not only was the pizza awesome, service was really good. Shelton the Kitchen Manager heard me mention it was my first visit and he stuck around to ensure I received the perfect pizza, he even delivered it to our table personally and chatted for a minute or two before leaving for the day. The place itself is kind of small, but it's clean and they're done a great job arranging the tables and have it pleasantly decorated. Will we be back? They closed at 9 so we called at 8 and they said 45 mins for 1 pizza. Pulled up and still wasn't ready, I don't mind waiting for good food but this wasn't it. We opened up the pizza and it was slightly undercooked as evidenced by the mess the cheese created, what was even more aggravating was they hardly even cut the slices, we had to use a fork and knife to separate the pizza ourselves and it just was not at all enjoyable. Perhaps it was an off night but how they thought it was a good pie to serve a customer is the real issue, skip.

The deck is quite enjoyable for a number of reasons. It is shaded and surrounded by lush vegetation and it's much quieter than inside and more conducive to conversation, especially for folks like me who have profound hearing issues. Service is prompt and attentive here. We decided to share the hot pastrami on rye and the antipasto salad. As you can see from the pic the sandwich is ginormous. So good. The antipasto salad here is unlike any I've ever had in my 77 years! It is composed totally of Capicolla, Genoa, and cotto salami, pepperoni, provolone, Swiss and mozzarella cheese, green and black olives, and artichokes marinated in an Italian dressing. There is no lettuce as in all the antipasto salads I've had before. It is absolutely delicious. We were unable to finish our shared portions of the salad and took easily a whole half portion home to enjoy later. As I'm sure I've said before, there's a reason this store is always packed.

This is complimented by the large, striking art pieces that occupy the entire wall along the north side of the store. And I'm declaring right now the lovely patio area to be one of the most, if not the most, delightful al fresco dining venues in Pensacola. And right now in early May, the patio is graced with the lovely fragrance of the blooming jasmine vines that adorn the trellises of the patio. Though most of the wines on EHWB's list are unfamiliar to me our lovely, efficient, and attentive server, Nadia, was quite knowledgeable and able to steer us to exactly what we were looking for to accompany the Muffuletta we had our sights on. The list consists of a nice variety of moderately priced wines. And at lunch, there are several wines offered at half off per glass. As we're old timers we shared a half Muffuletta. We could have shared a quarter. LOL. It is large. It is served on a bun that looks like a Gambino's, and may be. The bun seemed rather dry to us, not perfectly fresh, but nonetheless the sandwich was quite good. Loaded with all the traditional ingredients and very enjoyable. Would definitely do again, though for next week we've got the Cuban Press locked in on our radar screen. There are several things on the dinner menu here that are calling out to us so we very well work an evening visit in while here. I'm saying this store is going to a winner and a mighty fine replacement and more here in East Hill for City Grocery.
