We had pretty high expectations since everyone has told us we have to have Sky's Pizza since moving here a few years ago. The service was very friendly, but slow. I ordered pineapple topping and didn't get it. You wait for a fresh pizza, and then for it to come out wrong is irritating. The meat toppings were plentiful and no doubt fresh. Unfortunately the crust was burnt underneath and the pizza was just missing something. I don't know what, but it was average for me. I don't know that we'll be back. I was wondering if the other location may be better.

Able to fold - tip is a bit floppy.

Went to Newly opened Sky's Pizza in Pace about 2pm on a Wednesday afternoon. It was very quiet and to eat in you could select anywhere to seat. The location is the old Mr. Pollo's with I believe all the same table and chairs, so still nice and new looking. We ordered an 18inch Lasagna pizza. Of course it takes time to make and bake so a little time to wait. The waitress checked on us. It arrived hot and bubbly. An excellent pizza. Cooked well and closest to NY style we have found down here. Not too much sauce, nice dollops of ricotta and a nice amount of sausage and meatballs spread through out. We really enjoyed the crust too. Crunchy and cooked just right - not over or under done. Hopefully we will be back - but would really appreciate some lunch specials.

First visit to the new location. Same great pizza as Pensacola, and a welcome addition for Pace. Either location is my go-to!

Solid start! We got take out on their first weekend open so I am grading them slightly generously. The service and pickup process was a disaster but hopefully they'll iron that out. Nice salad as a starter. The garlic knots were a bit doughy (underdone maybe?) but had a nice flavor. The wings were tasty. The Queen B Stromboli was also good. We had the lasagna pizza which was tasty but maybe overcooked? It was a bit tough and the crust was hard. All in all, glad to have a new option in Pace and fingers crossed they get the quirks ironed out quickly.

I ordered a crispy crust with cheese and pepperoni but the was thick and not crunchy enough.

Great pizza! Best in Pace (by far). It has been a while since I got a good New York style pizza!

The dough was thin and chewy, the cheese was delicious, and the sauce was just a little bit on the sweet side. The ambiance is modern with contemporary rock playing continuously. Plus one for not being stingy and letting people take the parmesan cheese and chili flake shakers to the tables. Haven't had any of the sandwiches yet, but those, along with the pizzas are on the pricier side for the area. However, the pizza's quality was good and I'd be willing, nay - eager - to try one of their sandwiches.

Let me begin by saying that SANTINO's, usually has the best Pizza around, however......it is also…read morethe most INCONSISTENT. If you request Crispy, you may or may not get it that way. One day you get it right, the next trip leaves a negative memory in your head. If the right employees are there, its a slam-dunk; if not, good luck. The outdoor chairs and tables are at the least a people HAZARD. Your beverage will turn over or fall off the table if it is slightly bumped due to worn out, missing or loosened hardware; beware of wearing light colored pants on the completely rusted chair seats. (This includes every table and chair in the outside area). I have mentioned the chair and table issue to the Manager and he tells me that those above him will not address the Table/Chair issue. If this wasn't enough Gloom and Doom, they have recently added an outside Inflatable TUBE MAN for advertising. The decibel rating is horribly high, to be situated only 8-10 steps from the outside eating area. (another upper management executive decision) Too bad that Management cant fix these small significant issues. So, it boils down to a real Craps-Shoot; almost, how you ordered it food, keep a death-grip on your beverage container, sit on plenty of napkins and bring your ear plugs for the outside area.
