This is the best pizza I've had in the Milton/Pace area since G&G's seems to have at least temporarily shut down. The dough was thin and chewy, the cheese was delicious, and the sauce was just a little bit on the sweet side. The ambiance is modern with contemporary rock playing continuously. Plus one for not being stingy and letting people take the parmesan cheese and chili flake shakers to the tables. Haven't had any of the sandwiches yet, but those, along with the pizzas are on the pricier side for the area. Let me begin by saying that SANTINO's, usually has the best Pizza around, however......it is also the most INCONSISTENT. If you request Crispy, you may or may not get it that way. One day you get it right, the next trip leaves a negative memory in your head. If the right employees are there, its a slam-dunk; if not, good luck. The outdoor chairs and tables are at the least a people HAZARD. Your beverage will turn over or fall off the table if it is slightly bumped due to worn out, missing or loosened hardware; beware of wearing light colored pants on the completely rusted chair seats. (This includes every table and chair in the outside area). I have mentioned the chair and table issue to the Manager and he tells me that those above him will not address the Table/Chair issue. If this wasn't enough Gloom and Doom, they have recently added an outside Inflatable TUBE MAN for advertising. The decibel rating is horribly high, to be situated only 8-10 steps from the outside eating area. (another upper management executive decision) Too bad that Management cant fix these small significant issues. So, it boils down to a real Craps-Shoot; almost, how you ordered it food, keep a death-grip on your beverage container, sit on plenty of napkins and bring your ear plugs for the outside area. read more

Good food simple menu and not far from the house. We dined in the first time and did carry out the second time. There was no dressing for salad but I haven't had many good experiences with salad at pizza places, I feel like it's out of their comfort zone. :) prices aren't bad either... the grinders the pizza and the calzone is all good, give it a try ! read more

I just drove all day and didn't want to cook so we ordered a simple pizza. Half pepperoni and feta and half sausage and mushroom. What arrived was absolute GARBAGE. No pepperoni, no sausage. The food was not even cooked the through. I could have gotten a frozen pizza out of my freezer and it would have been ten times better. So at 4:30 on a Friday this is the BULL$hit you sent out your door? Pardon my french but I just tossed this pizza where it belongs, in the trash. Do not order thru DoorDash for this location. Twice now they have lost my order or given it to another customer. The food is good but in peak times extremely disorganized. Pizza is very good! We have only ordered to go but the wait has never been long. I love that they have sweet tea!

I ordered 7 pizzas on Saturday the 17th for a birthday party. There were 4 different pizzas and the only one you could tell what it was ended up being the 1 cheese pizza. The crust was so hard we couldn't eat it. Overall, the pizzas were almost to the burned stage. My family and friends usually love Santino's but, this is the last time an order will ever be placed with them. There is no excuse for such bad, overcooked cardboard pizza. Santino's seems to appeal to about half of its first-timer customers. My friends that like it, really like the food. My friends that don't...don't. I'm kind of on the fence. I incessantly kvetch about the prices of today's fast food joints. You can't say that I'm wrong. When a sub at Firehouse and a drink breaks the $10 threshold, we're in the territory of an actual restaurant. Whataburger's burgers should arrive with gratis dollar bills. About the only place that has reliably mediocre and predictable cheap food is McDoodles. And they are struggling, trying to make a profit. At various outlets of this chain, I've had the pizza and the baked pasta. Today, at this store, I had the Primo Italian sandwich (see picture). It was okay. It wasn't knock-your-socks-off. There was nothing exemplary about it, it was just a $7 sandwich that I had to order at a counter. The fact that they deliver your food to your table is scant recompense, relative to being seated in a real eatery. Bottles of beer are $2.25, which are cheaper than the 32-oz. soft drinks. If you only drink one large Coke, of course. There are no refills on beer. With the parabolic increase in the prices of Cokes, I'm about to embark on a water-only crusade. The store was clean, the people were nice, the food fed me. It was okay. I wouldn't tag it with five stars, ever. And I'd never append multiple exclamation marks to any remark about the place. Pizza and Grinders. My wife and I go for lunch and order grinders, and we go for dinner and have pizza. The Mama's Pride is our favorite. We prefer the 5-points location over the Pea Ridge store. Not sure why there is such a difference between the two, but there really is. We eat at Santino's at least 3 times a month. Although I can't say that it is my favorite pizza in the area, Tuscan Oven is by far my favorite, I'd rate Santino's 2nd. And, since we live in Milton, we eat at Santino's much more often than we eat at Tuscan Oven. read more

Great basic pizza! There are some specialty pizzas like the taco, which is great, or the spinach and bacon, but the good ol' extra cheese and pepperoni is my favorite for this restaurant. There are grinders, salads, and a few pasta items too. The nachos are a surprisingly good choice here as well. Best of all wash it down with a cold beer or glass of wine. read more

This place/local chain is slowly going down-hill. Their pizza used to be great, and the sandwiches too. But it seems they have experienced a change in management or vendors or something that has cause their food quality to go downhill. The past 4 or 5 pizzas from here weren't any better than Hungry Howie's. Now we tend to eat here out of shear convenience and location. My favorite sandwich is still pretty good, but I swear it used to have more chicken and more flavor than the last few I've gotten. Hope it improves. read more

I am giving this place one star because it would not let me do a review with no stars. My wife and I ordered Baked Spaghetti, a Greek Salad, and Cinnamon bites. My Baked Spaghetti was supposed to have Mushrooms, Hamburger, and Sliced Meatballs. It showed up cold and with small bits of mushroons, no hamburger, and bland flavorless almost non existant sauce. My wifes was supposed to have Feta Cheese, Mushrooms, Black Olivesand Extra Sauce. It showed up cold, the same small bits of mushrooms, a very small amount of feta cheese, a few black olives, and the same bland flavorless almost non existant sauce and definitely not any extra. Both dishes were supposed to come with a half order of Garlic Cheese Bread but that never made it to our house. The cinnamon bites were the same temperature as the rest if the order...COLD and hard as rocks. I called the store and talked to a temperamental rude girl named Taylor who rudely advised that the manager was not working and then refused to give me the managers name or tell me when they would be working. I tried to explain the problem with our delivered order but rude Taylor said "We dont deliver". I explained that it was delivered by door dash who the store advertises as being their delivery service and that I wanted to speak to a manager. Rude Taylor finally gave me to the shift lead who was a nicer Taylor who finally told me when the manager would be in but still refused to give me their name. I will never eat or order from Santinos again and I will make sure that I let everyone that I know not to waste their money on this place. read more
