Great, Crispy thin crust loaded with cheese pizzas. Staff is great and very attentive. Clean and comfortable to relax, eat, watch some tv.

Tried a new spot today and was actually surprised by this place! We had a pizza and the cinnamon rolls. The pizza was some of the best we have had in the Pensacola better, I actually liked it better than Lost Pizza. This will be my new go to spot for pizza. Crust was not too thick and wasn't too thin. Santino's used to be our favorite place for pizza but they were WAY off the mark when we went there last night. It started when we were standing at the counter ordering and noticed that the kitchen was filthy. There was food all over the floor and the people working there seemed oblivious to it. We got a 16" specialty pizza with two orders of cheezie bread. When the bread came out, it was barely warm, like it had been sitting out for awhile, very greasy and the marinara dipping sauce was frozen. And I don't mean that as a euphemism, it was literally frozen. One of the things we love about Santino's pizza is the sauce, which usually kind of has a sweet taste to it. Not this time. This time it was SO salty we could barely eat it. And the crust, which is usually thin, crisp and buttery, was thick and very dry. Altogether is was completely awful. Really hoping this was just an off night and not a trend they're heading towards. Will wait awhile before we try them again but if next time we go it's the same thing, we won't be back. read more

We order DoorDash almost every Sunday..... last week we didn't get our pizzas delivered (totally not Santino's fault).. it was delivered 2 doors down and the neighbors helped themselves before we got it. No photo upon delivery. DoorDash was great and gave us credit. Today we ordered and we got 2 gluten free pizzas.... 1 was perfect - the other was like a mini. What gives guys??? We've never had an issue before!! So bummed! read more

you need to give your consumer the choice to cut it pie slices or to the tiny bs pieces!! Those tiny pieces are a pia!

I ordered an Italian grinder on Sunday. I usually go to Jersey Mikes , but I thought I'd give them a chance cause I thought oh let's try the "Italian"restaurant , they would make an Italian sub grinder better.? but no, they didn't and definitely not for $19. I could've made several subs for the price I paid for one from here which was skimpy on everything, the cheese & meat. No flavor , oil vinegar? Nope Italian seasoning nope, I ended up adding extra cold, cuts, and cheese from my own refrigerator to make the sandwich filling and seasonings too , come on guys , be proud of the food you make , this was a sad sandwich that was no different than a sub you'd get in a school lunch cafeteria, and sadly the last I will order . read more

This is my 2nd visit here. I give food quality 4 stars. Value, 2 stars...their slices aren't big enough to be selling by the slice. My pepperoni slice had not pepperoni and when I asked about it was told it's there. See the picture I post to decide for yourself. Lastly, I waited 30 minutes for 2 slices of pizza. read more

So far pizza & pasta has been very good. We have enjoyed pizza & manicotti. And service was very good.

Well this was pretty underwhelming. I got a large cheese and a draft Pensacola bay riptide amber. The pizza is pretty thin crust but also pretty soggy/soft and holding the crust doesn't support the pizza at all, so it doesn't even look good to eat. So many people have said how Santino's is the best pizza around and I wholeheartedly disagree. I mean dominos is more appetite rewarding. Not worth the pizza calories especially to someone who limits food like pizza to once a month or less. Nothing bad to say about the staff or the facility itself. It was very clean, they have cornhole inside ( I ate outside so I didn't have to hear the bags hitting the boards from all the kids playing), friendly staff and I got my pizza pretty quickly, around 10 minutes. It just wasn't very good and left a lot desired. read more

This location is new, clean, and inviting for families. The food is delicious! I recommend the Spinach and Bacon pizza, Greek Salad, and Cinnamon Bites. The staff is really nice too. read more
